Another round of subpoenas have be issued in Arizona and the election stealers are panicking.
After the news of the subpoenas dropped late last night twitter quickly reacted by suspending the Arizona Audit account as well as the Audit War Room account today.
Complaints about poor prison conditions. Demands for police to release bodycam footage. Protestors have yet to receive due process.
If this sounds like a list of complaints from left-wing criminal justice activists, think again. U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz and three other GOP House members outlined these concerns in a letter to the Justice Department demanding better treatment of suspected insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6.
Gaetz, a Panhandle Republican, on Tuesday will participate in a press conference with U.S. Reps. Louie Gohmert of Texas, Paul Gosar of Arizona and Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia. Call them the original 4 Gs.
The members of Congress, all of whom voted against certifying President Joe Biden’s electoral victory over Donald Trump, demanded an in-person meeting with Attorney General Merrick Garland explaining mistreatment of the Trump supporters arrested in the wake of the riot.
“The Department of Justice (DOJ) reports that 535 people have been arrested arising out of events on January 6th at the U.S. Capitol Building,” the letter reads. “We are seven months into these matters and answers are not forthcoming.”
Gaetz pressuring the Justice Department on anything now will surely draw criticism as he remains under federal investigation for allegedly sex trafficking a minor and a number of connected matters. The sudden defense of protesters also seems a significant change in strategy from the day of the attack on the Capitol. Then, he blamed the riots on secret antifa provocateurs and anti-police rhetoric from liberals.
“I sure am glad that at least for one day, I didn’t hear my Democrat colleagues calling to defund the police,” he said on the House floor before casting multiple votes to overturn a democratic process.
But since then, he’s criticized law enforcement quite a bit, even insinuating the FBI played a role in the Jan. 6 riot.
The letter from the 4Gs suggests the Capitol Police willfully did not protect the Capitol or warn Congress of the threat posed by the rioters, whom several pro-Trump members of Congress encouraged to come to protest the certification of the Electoral College vote.
“We would also like to discuss why we were not warned that ‘armed extremists were planning mayhem’ on January 6th?” the letter reads. “Ms. [Yogananda] Pittman [acting chief of the Capitol Police] testified on February 25th this year that her office was notified in advance that “armed extremists” were targeting the peaceful rally, and potentially targeting us, as members of Congress. Yet we received no notice of this threat. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday and talking with you about these critical issues.”
All of the members who signed onto the letter have made controversial remarks about the insurrection in the months since it occurred. Greene has said the accused rioters were abused and demanded a release of 14,000 hours of raw surveillance footage of the events that day. Gosar has described rioters, who beat and cursed at police guarding the Capitol in a riot that resulted in five deaths, as “peaceful protesters.” Gohmert has described the arrested as “political prisoners.”

The discovery of a pipe bomb outside the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington on Jan. 6 prompted police to evacuate two congressional buildings, not, as was believed, the attack on the U.S. Capitol, senators heard Tuesday.
U.S. Capitol Police learned of the discovery of two pipe bombs on Capitol Hill around the same time, just before 1 p.m. ET that Wednesday. Capitol Police responded to one bomb discovered by an RNC staff member at the organization’s office, just a few blocks from the Capitol. Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a second pipe bomb that was spotted outside the nearby Democratic National Committee headquarters. Each department sent officers to respond, hurting the Capitol Police’s ability to secure the Capitol since MPD was called to the Capitol minutes after the bombs were discovered.
“That resulted in the evacuation of two congressional buildings, the Cannon House Office Building, as well as one of the Library of Congress buildings. So it took extensive resources,” then-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund said in a joint hearing before the Senate Rules Committee and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Tuesday afternoon.
“So the assault on the Capitol is not what caused the evacuations of those buildings? The discovery of those pipe bombs is what caused the evacuations of those?” asked Republican Oklahoma Sen. James Lankford.
“That is correct,” said Sund.

This took place during Senator Lankford’s questioning.
Tucker Carlson, as promised, delivered “meaningful evidence of voter fraud” in the Georgia election.
“At least 36 batches of mail-in ballots from the November election were double-counted in Fulton County, that is a total of at least 4,000 votes,” he said.

“How’s that possible? I don’t know,” he added. “Every American should want to know, because the answer gets to the heart of the integrity of our elections, otherwise known as our democracy. We’re not talking about a couple of ballots here. We are talking about a lot of ballots, at least hundreds of ballots involved. Enough potentially to affect the outcome of the election.”
Tucker then alleges that Fulton County’s deflection that the double ballots were not counted in the recounts is untrue. Tucker Carlson then discusses the “seven falsified” audit tally sheets discovered by VoterGA.
“How is that not flat-out criminal fraud?” Tucker asked. “We’d love to know. Because it certainly sounds like flat-out criminal fraud.”
As reported earlier, an independent election audit team poured through ballot images in Fulton County, Georgia and found numerous examples of fraudulent ballots double-counted in the election.
The forensic auditing team found double-counted ballots from the 2020 election and showed them in a video release.
The ballots scanned were identically marked in their entirety. The issue with double-ballot counting is that it circumstantially corroborates video-recorded evidence that appears to show Fulton County election workers running stacks of ballots through tabulators.
A video recording taken at State Farm Arena late election night showed election workers dragging out boxes of ballots from under a table after election observers were wrongfully sent home early. Then they ran stacks of ballots through tabulators multiple times for unknown reasons.
Contrary to widespread media myths, as the Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway rightly pointed out, the State Farm vote-counting video has not been “debunked.”
After the release of thousands of ballot images under a Georgia state law that has made them available to the public, the mainstream media has finally conceded that hundreds of double-scanned ballots were cast in Fulton County in the 2020 election.
“Digital ballot images made public under Georgia’s new voting law show nearly 200 ballots — including one for [Kanye] West — that election officials initially scanned two times last fall before a recount,” the left-leaning Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on Tuesday.
“The discovery of identical ballots provides evidence to back up allegations of problems in the presidential election, but on a relatively small scale that had no bearing on the final certified count,” AJC baselessly claims. “A group of voters seeking to prove the election was fraudulent say double-counting is just the beginning of what they hope to find.”
“Double-counted ballots were discovered by voters suing Fulton in an effort to persuade a judge to allow them to conduct an in-depth inspection of 147,000 absentee ballots,” the report continued. “The judge ruled against the plaintiffs last month, but the case survived with new claims filed against the county’s five election board members.”
AJC reported it could only find 27 votes double-cast for Biden in Fulton County, but independent audit investigators claim to have found more examples of election malfeasance.
“If we’re finding this in Fulton County, we’re probably going to find it throughout the state. The question is, why did it happen?” said David Cross, who is working with the plaintiffs. “The simple fact that it happened and we found it here means that it probably occurred elsewhere.”
Heather Mullins of Real America’s Voice pointed to more disturbing findings.
“More evidence from VoterGa shows audit tally sheets were marked entirely for Joe Biden despite having votes for Donald Trump and Jo Jorgensen in those batches,” Mullins said. “Must watch!”

The official difference in the Georgia election statewide was a mere 12,000 votes. Fulton County went overwhelmingly for Biden: 73% of the total vote and 79% of absentee ballots. It appears now from these new findings that the the wrong president may have been certified in the state election.
“Why are we okay with that?” Tucker asked. “Why are we okay with any of this? We are ‘okay’ with it because we are told we have to be okay with it.’
“We are ‘undermining democracy’ if we ask questions about what happened, And of course that’s a perfect inversion of the truth,” he went on. “Without answers to legitimate questions like the one we just posed, and also legitimate questions, democracy dies. People begin to understand the system they’ve been told is on the level is in fact rigged and when they believe that, god knows what they do next. So let’s find out what actually happened. Let’s find out immediately. That’s find out without shame. It’s our right to know, it’s our responsibility to know.”

The ballots counted twice would have given Biden 27 extra votes. After a recount, official results reflected that Trump gained a total of 121 absentee votes in Fulton. Biden won the county with 73% of 524,000 votes cast.
The most obvious example of duplicates in the initial count occurred in a batch of 99 ballots first scanned the morning of Oct. 28, then scanned again about an hour later, with the second batch tallied in exact reverse order from the first. Those batches had 58 votes for Biden, 39 for Trump, one for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen and one for West.
Part or all of another batch of 98 ballots appeared to be scanned a second time within minutes on election night. Biden received 55 votes in the first of those batches and 56 in the second batch. Many of the ballots appeared to be identical.
“It’s something that should never happen,” said Mark Lindeman, acting co-director for Verified Voting, an election integrity organization focused on voting technology. “I’m not trying to make excuses for a blunder, but under really difficult circumstances, people do things that are inexplicable, and that seems to be the case here.”
President Donald Trump, who was kicked off Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms earlier this year, announced class-action lawsuits Wednesday against Facebook, Twitter and Google as well as their CEOs.
The legal effort will be supported by the America First Policy Institute, a nonprofit formed earlier this year by alumni of the Trump administration.
“Today, in conjunction with the American First Policy Institute, I’m filing as the lead class representative, a major class action lawsuit against the big tech giants including Facebook, Google and Twitter as well as their CEOs, Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai and Jack Dorsey. Three real nice guys,” Trump said with a note of sarcasm from Bedminster, New Jersey.
The legal filings indicate that the suit against Google targets its subsidiary YouTube.
“We’re asking the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida to order an immediate halt to stop social media companies’ illegal and shameful censorship of the American people. That’s exactly what they’re doing.
“We’re demanding an end to the shadow banning, a stop to the silencing, a stop to the blacklisting, banishing and canceling that you know so well,” he added.
Trump accused the big tech companies of violating Americans’ First Amendment rights by selectively censoring information.
Former President Donald Trump was banned from Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms earlier this year.
A representative for Twitter declined to comment. Facebook did not immediately return The Post’s request.
Trump added that he’s asking the court to impose punitive damages against the companies.
“We’re going to hold big tech very accountable,” he said.
Trump added that the team is looking to reform Section 230, which legally protects social media companies from content their users post and how they moderate their platforms.
Trump added that the legal team is “not looking to settle.”
On Jan. 8, two days after the riot at the US Capitol, Twitter took the unprecedented step of permanently banning then-President Trump’s world-famous account from the platform.
Facebook also kicked Trump off its social media platforms around the same time, saying the ban would last at least through the end of his presidency. The company later sent the case to its Oversight Board to rule on whether the ban should be permanent.
In May, the Oversight Board upheld the company’s decision to block Trump, but said an indefinite ban was inappropriate and gave Facebook six months to lay out clearer penalties.
Facebook announced last month that the ban will last at least until 2023, when the decision will be reassessed.
After that announcement, Trump blasted Facebook for “censoring and silencing” his political movement.
“Facebook’s ruling is an insult to the record-setting 75M people, plus many others, who voted for us in the 2020 Rigged Presidential Election,” Trump said. “They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this censoring and silencing, and ultimately, we will win. Our Country can’t take this abuse anymore!”
Several Republical lawmakers also backed Trump, accusing tech giants of a double standard, pointing out that Democrats including Hillary Clinton also challenged the validity of past election results.
“Unless Congress acts, Big Tech is going to continue to censor Americans and trample on our foundational principles of free speech and open exchange of ideas in an effort to control what Americans say, hear, and think,” Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) said at the time. “Despite recently being exposed for wrongly banning and suppressing information regarding the origins of COVID-19, Facebook is now doubling down on its censorship playbook.”
Hagerty and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) have both introduced legislation in Congress aimed at reeling in the power of big tech companies.
Members of both political parties in Congress historically supported reforms to laws governing Big Tech firms such as Amazon, Google, Facebook and Twitter. For example, both President Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) backed repeal of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which grants immunity for most third-party online content.

We have recently discovered that the entire “Database” directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted. This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, “Results Tally and Reporting,” is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed. Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?
Justice in America may be truly dead. The DOJ Civil Rights Division has sent a letter to Senator Fann raising concerns over how the Arizona audit is being conducted. Read the letter below
The U.S. Department of Justice is asking Senate President Karen Fann to explain what steps she’s taking to make sure the election audit she ordered doesn’t violate federal laws prohibiting voter intimidation and requiring ballots be preserved.
In a letter to Fann on Wednesday, Pamela Karlan, the principal deputy assistant attorney general of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, said the department had two major concerns with the audit.
First, Karlan said federal law requires state and local election officials to safeguard and preserve election records. She expressed concern that Maricopa County election officials are no longer in control of ballots, election systems and other materials.
If the Senate designates someone else to serve as a custodian for election records, which must be maintained for 22 months, the Civil Rights Act of 1960 requires “administrative procedures be in place giving election officers ultimate management authority over the retention and security of those election records, including the right to physically access” them, Karlan wrote.
“We have a concern that Maricopa County election records, which are required by federal law to be retained and preserved, are no longer under the ultimate control of elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors, and are at risk of damage or loss,” Karlan said in her letter.
This has to be the most obvious infringement of citizens right to vote by the government since the Jim Crow Laws. No surprise the democrats who created Jim Crow, Founded The KKK, and Fought against the civil rights movement is now stepping in to make sure no ones votes count and can be verified. There is only ONE reason democrats would fight so hard to stop an audit that simply confirms the results were correct, is if they know the results aren’t correct because they cheated. Arizona citizens are who pushed for this audit through their election officials and legislators. This audit is formed by Bipartisan concern of people who actually live in Arizona. Now Biden’s minions in DC are using the threat of the DOJ to try and stop what the citizens of Arizona want.
Maricopa County officials wouldn’t allow the Senate to conduct its audit at county facilities, and have refused to participate in any way. The audit is being overseen by Cyber Ninjas, a Florida-based cybersecurity company with no experience in elections.
The other concern cited in the letter involved possible violations of the 1965 Voting Rights Act. The statement of work for Cyber Ninjas called for the audit to “identify voter registrations that did not make sense” and knock on voters’ doors to confirm their registration information, as well as plans to conduct an audit of voting history in at least three precincts “with a high number of anomalies.” Those plans would require audit workers to visit the homes of voters to determine whether they voted in the 2020 general election.
Karlan said that raises concerns that audit workers might engage in voter intimidation in violation of the Voting Rights Act.
“Past experience with similar investigative efforts around the country has raised concerns that they can be directed at minority voters, which potentially can implicate the anti-intimidation prohibitions of the Voting Rights Act. Such investigative efforts can have a significant intimidating effect on qualified voters that can deter them from seeking to vote in the future,” Karlan wrote.
Karlan asked Fann to respond to her concerns and to explain what steps the Senate is taking to ensure the audit doesn’t violate federal laws. Fann, R-Prescott, said the Senate’s attorney is preparing a response for DOJ.
In an April 29 letter, several voting rights organizations asked DOJ’s Civil Rights Division to send federal observers to monitor the audit. The letter raised both the issues that Karlan raised with Fann.
“Ballots that are protected under federal law are in imminent danger of being stolen, defaced, or irretrievably damaged, and Arizona citizens are in imminent danger of being subject to unlawful voter intimidation as a result of flawed audit procedures,” wrote representatives of the Brennan Center for Justice, Protect Democracy and the Leadership Conference.

Violence had been planned for weeks prior to the election, violence to occupy the White House and the surrounding area to demand president Trump leave after he was re-elected. These plans were well known and were prepared for well in advance.

Rioters gain access to the Capitol. Heavy machine guns were requested by the speaker and denied. And many more examples. They wanted a massacre, they wanted a deadly insurrection to solidify their illegal "win".
Ask yourself a question. We've seen these rioters for a year now, burning and destroying. Attacking people and officers all over the country. Why weren't they violent like that on January 6th? Is it because the fix was in and they knew someone was going to be killed?
The word had been passed down that there were going to be deaths and none of them wanted to go first.
What information did my three contacts pass on?
First, it was the speaker who was directing all activities for the insurrection both before and afterwards
Second, they had the help and the knowledge of the vice president, Pence. He was aware of their plans prior to the election

A flurry of phone calls and text messages went out. Staff members in the capital we're reporting what they saw to the speakers staff and it was being relayed to the private security the speaker had. Cause and messages went out to the "go betweens", The operatives hidden in the

And they led her to slaughter. Look at AB's steps through the capitol. Just wondering around observing. Until she was approached by these people and led upstairs to the gauntlet. Once they had her it was a beeline upstairs.
It was the speaker who told her private security detail to use deadly force when the doors to the speakers area were breached. If you look at the shooting video. You will see them waiting until AB gets in the door. Everyone else in that hallway was an operative.
On the video several times they approach the doors that are being breached, several times they back away until they have confirmation that she, AB, is the one. When AB stood in the door they backed off, received confirmation to use deadly force from the speaker again, and fired.
I have been told that the actual shooter is not a capital police officer but someone who looks very similar to him, notice the hairline very distinctive, and that the actual shooter was a member of the speaker's private security detail and has been rewarded since for his silence.
At this point they had their death and they secured the area just seconds after she was shot. With armed officers on both sides why couldn't they have secured it seconds before? AB was in a squeeze play and didn't realize it.
The FB-I SWOOPED all phone, text, email records, of everyone involved, including elected officials in their staff. FB-I was able to secure all communication records and no one has seen them since.
The FB-I is now using this as extreme leverage on their part.
They now have the private communications of our elected officials and their staff planning the insurrection and murder of a young woman. And they will not give up their leverage. At this point the FBI is an autonomous agency able to do anything they want.
Ignore any law violate any right with impunity. The speaker and the false president must support everything they do without question or the false presidency comes tumbling down if these records come out.
