Reps. Gaetz, Gohmert, Gosar, and Greene to Hold Press Conference at DOJ Demanding Answers on Treatment of January 6th Political Prisoners

Complaints about poor prison conditions. Demands for police to release bodycam footage. Protestors have yet to receive due process.

If this sounds like a list of complaints from left-wing criminal justice activists, think again. U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz and three other GOP House members outlined these concerns in a letter to the Justice Department demanding better treatment of suspected insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6.

Gaetz, a Panhandle Republican, on Tuesday will participate in a press conference with U.S. Reps. Louie Gohmert of Texas, Paul Gosar of Arizona and Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia. Call them the original 4 Gs.

The members of Congress, all of whom voted against certifying President Joe Biden’s electoral victory over Donald Trump, demanded an in-person meeting with Attorney General Merrick Garland explaining mistreatment of the Trump supporters arrested in the wake of the riot.

“The Department of Justice (DOJ) reports that 535 people have been arrested arising out of events on January 6th at the U.S. Capitol Building,” the letter reads. “We are seven months into these matters and answers are not forthcoming.”

Image

Gaetz pressuring the Justice Department on anything now will surely draw criticism as he remains under federal investigation for allegedly sex trafficking a minor and a number of connected matters. The sudden defense of protesters also seems a significant change in strategy from the day of the attack on the Capitol. Then, he blamed the riots on secret antifa provocateurs and anti-police rhetoric from liberals.

“I sure am glad that at least for one day, I didn’t hear my Democrat colleagues calling to defund the police,” he said on the House floor before casting multiple votes to overturn a democratic process.

But since then, he’s criticized law enforcement quite a bit, even insinuating the FBI played a role in the Jan. 6 riot.

The letter from the 4Gs suggests the Capitol Police willfully did not protect the Capitol or warn Congress of the threat posed by the rioters, whom several pro-Trump members of Congress encouraged to come to protest the certification of the Electoral College vote.

“We would also like to discuss why we were not warned that ‘armed extremists were planning mayhem’ on January 6th?” the letter reads. “Ms. [YoganandaPittman [acting chief of the Capitol Police] testified on February 25th this year that her office was notified in advance that “armed extremists” were targeting the peaceful rally, and potentially targeting us, as members of Congress. Yet we received no notice of this threat. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday and talking with you about these critical issues.”

All of the members who signed onto the letter have made controversial remarks about the insurrection in the months since it occurred. Greene has said the accused rioters were abused and demanded a release of 14,000 hours of raw surveillance footage of the events that day. Gosar has described rioters, who beat and cursed at police guarding the Capitol in a riot that resulted in five deaths, as “peaceful protesters.” Gohmert has described the arrested as “political prisoners.”

Liberals Caught Lying Again: Capitol Police Chief Admits Capitol Was Evacuated Due To Bomb Threat Not Protestors.

It was all a Big Lie.
We’ve all been fed lies for months now.

And Democrats and the media continue to push the lies.

It was never an insurrection. It was never an armed mob. It was a pipe bomb found outside the RNC on the day of the protests.

And they’ve never found the culprit. Funny how that works!
Hello, deep state!

The Examiner reported on this back in February.

The discovery of a pipe bomb outside the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington on Jan. 6 prompted police to evacuate two congressional buildings, not, as was believed, the attack on the U.S. Capitol, senators heard Tuesday.

U.S. Capitol Police learned of the discovery of two pipe bombs on Capitol Hill around the same time, just before 1 p.m. ET that Wednesday. Capitol Police responded to one bomb discovered by an RNC staff member at the organization’s office, just a few blocks from the Capitol. Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a second pipe bomb that was spotted outside the nearby Democratic National Committee headquarters. Each department sent officers to respond, hurting the Capitol Police’s ability to secure the Capitol since MPD was called to the Capitol minutes after the bombs were discovered.

“That resulted in the evacuation of two congressional buildings, the Cannon House Office Building, as well as one of the Library of Congress buildings. So it took extensive resources,” then-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund said in a joint hearing before the Senate Rules Committee and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Tuesday afternoon.

“So the assault on the Capitol is not what caused the evacuations of those buildings? The discovery of those pipe bombs is what caused the evacuations of those?” asked Republican Oklahoma Sen. James Lankford.

“That is correct,” said Sund.

WOW!
And yet the lies continue.

This took place during Senator Lankford’s questioning.

BOMBSHELL: Tucker Exposes Fulton County’s Obvious Voter Fraud On Primetime

Tucker Carlson, as promised, delivered “meaningful evidence of voter fraud” in the Georgia election.

“At least 36 batches of mail-in ballots from the November election were double-counted in Fulton County, that is a total of at least 4,000 votes,” he said.

But it gets worse. Much, much worse.  Watch:

“How’s that possible? I don’t know,” he added. “Every American should want to know, because the answer gets to the heart of the integrity of our elections, otherwise known as our democracy. We’re not talking about a couple of ballots here. We are talking about a lot of ballots, at least hundreds of ballots involved. Enough potentially to affect the outcome of the election.”

Tucker then alleges that Fulton County’s deflection that the double ballots were not counted in the recounts is untrue. Tucker Carlson then discusses the “seven falsified” audit tally sheets discovered by VoterGA.

“How is that not flat-out criminal fraud?” Tucker asked. “We’d love to know. Because it certainly sounds like flat-out criminal fraud.”

As reported earlier, an independent election audit team poured through ballot images in Fulton County, Georgia and found numerous examples of fraudulent ballots double-counted in the election.

The forensic auditing team found double-counted ballots from the 2020 election and showed them in a video release.

The ballots scanned were identically marked in their entirety. The issue with double-ballot counting is that it circumstantially corroborates video-recorded evidence that appears to show Fulton County election workers running stacks of ballots through tabulators.

A video recording taken at State Farm Arena late election night showed election workers dragging out boxes of ballots from under a table after election observers were wrongfully sent home early. Then they ran stacks of ballots through tabulators multiple times for unknown reasons.

Contrary to widespread media myths, as the Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway rightly pointed out, the State Farm vote-counting video has not been “debunked.

After the release of thousands of ballot images under a Georgia state law that has made them available to the public, the mainstream media has finally conceded that hundreds of double-scanned ballots were cast in Fulton County in the 2020 election.

“Digital ballot images made public under Georgia’s new voting law show nearly 200 ballots — including one for [Kanye] West — that election officials initially scanned two times last fall before a recount,” the left-leaning Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on Tuesday.

“The discovery of identical ballots provides evidence to back up allegations of problems in the presidential election, but on a relatively small scale that had no bearing on the final certified count,” AJC baselessly claims. “A group of voters seeking to prove the election was fraudulent say double-counting is just the beginning of what they hope to find.”

“Double-counted ballots were discovered by voters suing Fulton in an effort to persuade a judge to allow them to conduct an in-depth inspection of 147,000 absentee ballots,” the report continued. “The judge ruled against the plaintiffs last month, but the case survived with new claims filed against the county’s five election board members.”

AJC reported it could only find 27 votes double-cast for Biden in Fulton County, but independent audit investigators claim to have found more examples of election malfeasance.

“If we’re finding this in Fulton County, we’re probably going to find it throughout the state. The question is, why did it happen?” said David Cross, who is working with the plaintiffs. “The simple fact that it happened and we found it here means that it probably occurred elsewhere.”

Heather Mullins of Real America’s Voice pointed to more disturbing findings.

“More evidence from VoterGa shows audit tally sheets were marked entirely for Joe Biden despite having votes for Donald Trump and Jo Jorgensen in those batches,” Mullins said. “Must watch!”

The investigators appeared to have found a disparity in the batch counting of 100 votes for Biden and 22 for Trump; Trump’s votes do not appear to be marked in the tally and those votes were marked for Biden. The investigators appeared to have found a disparity in the batch counting of 100 votes for Biden and 22 for Trump; Trump’s votes do not appear to be marked in the tally and those votes were marked for Biden. The audit team points to other examples.

The official difference in the Georgia election statewide was a mere 12,000 votes. Fulton County went overwhelmingly for Biden: 73% of the total vote and 79% of absentee ballots. It appears now from these new findings that the the wrong president may have been certified in the state election.

“Why are we okay with that?” Tucker asked. “Why are we okay with any of this? We are ‘okay’ with it because we are told we have to be okay with it.’

“We are ‘undermining democracy’ if we ask questions about what happened, And of course that’s a perfect inversion of the truth,” he went on. “Without answers to legitimate questions like the one we just posed, and also legitimate questions, democracy dies. People begin to understand the system they’ve been told is on the level is in fact rigged and when they believe that, god knows what they do next. So let’s find out what actually happened. Let’s find out immediately. That’s find out without shame. It’s our right to know, it’s our responsibility to know.”

Trump sues Facebook, Twitter, Google for ‘censorship of the American people’ In Landmark Lawsuit

President Donald Trump, who was kicked off Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms earlier this year, announced class-action lawsuits Wednesday against Facebook, Twitter and Google as well as their CEOs.

The legal effort will be supported by the America First Policy Institute, a nonprofit formed earlier this year by alumni of the Trump administration.

“Today, in conjunction with the American First Policy Institute, I’m filing as the lead class representative, a major class action lawsuit against the big tech giants including Facebook, Google and Twitter as well as their CEOs, Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai and Jack Dorsey. Three real nice guys,” Trump said with a note of sarcasm from Bedminster, New Jersey.

The legal filings indicate that the suit against Google targets its subsidiary YouTube.

“We’re asking the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida to order an immediate halt to stop social media companies’ illegal and shameful censorship of the American people. That’s exactly what they’re doing.

“We’re demanding an end to the shadow banning, a stop to the silencing, a stop to the blacklisting, banishing and canceling that you know so well,” he added.

Trump accused the big tech companies of violating Americans’ First Amendment rights by selectively censoring information.

Former President Donald Trump was banned from Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms earlier this year.

A representative for Twitter declined to comment. Facebook did not immediately return The Post’s request.

Trump added that he’s asking the court to impose punitive damages against the companies.

“We’re going to hold big tech very accountable,” he said.

Trump added that the team is looking to reform Section 230, which legally protects social media companies from content their users post and how they moderate their platforms.

Trump added that the legal team is “not looking to settle.

Trump Hints at Action Over Apple, Amazon, Google, Facebook 'Monopoly'

On Jan. 8, two days after the riot at the US Capitol, Twitter took the unprecedented step of permanently banning then-President Trump’s world-famous account from the platform.

Facebook also kicked Trump off its social media platforms around the same time, saying the ban would last at least through the end of his presidency. The company later sent the case to its Oversight Board to rule on whether the ban should be permanent.

In May, the Oversight Board upheld the company’s decision to block Trump, but said an indefinite ban was inappropriate and gave Facebook six months to lay out clearer penalties.

Facebook announced last month that the ban will last at least until 2023, when the decision will be reassessed.

After that announcement, Trump blasted Facebook for “censoring and silencing” his political movement.

“Facebook’s ruling is an insult to the record-setting 75M people, plus many others, who voted for us in the 2020 Rigged Presidential Election,” Trump said. “They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this censoring and silencing, and ultimately, we will win. Our Country can’t take this abuse anymore!”

Several Republical lawmakers also backed Trump, accusing tech giants of a double standard, pointing out that Democrats including Hillary Clinton also challenged the validity of past election results.

“Unless Congress acts, Big Tech is going to continue to censor Americans and trample on our foundational principles of free speech and open exchange of ideas in an effort to control what Americans say, hear, and think,” Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) said at the time. “Despite recently being exposed for wrongly banning and suppressing information regarding the origins of COVID-19, Facebook is now doubling down on its censorship playbook.”

Hagerty and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) have both introduced legislation in Congress aimed at reeling in the power of big tech companies.

Members of both political parties in Congress historically supported reforms to laws governing Big Tech firms such as Amazon, Google, Facebook and Twitter. For example, both President Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) backed repeal of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which grants immunity for most third-party online content.

Breaking: SECOND Steele dossier was created while Trump served as President. Proving Trump Couldn’t Get As Much Done As He Wanted To With His Own Administration That’s Loyal To The Swamp Working Against Him

Former British spy and MI6 operative Christopher Steele reportedly produced a second scandal-ridden dossier about Former U.S. President Donald Trump as he occupied The White House.

Steele’ first dossier, which has been widely debunked as opposition research misinformation, used anonymous sources that claimed Russia had damaging information on Trump. The document, in part, led to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s infamous Russia probe.

“Steele’s continued involvement supplying intelligence to the FBI appears to give credibility to his original dossier,” The Telegraph reported Monday. “Steele, through his company Orbis Business Intelligence, continued supplying raw intelligence to the federal authorities in the US.”

“The second dossier contains raw intelligence that makes further claims of Russian meddling in the US election and also references claims regarding the existence of further sex tapes. The second dossier is reliant on separate sources to those who supplied information for the first reports.”about:blank

Rudy Giuliani Tells Tucker Carlson DOJ Wants to ‘Put Him In Jail’ to Protect Hunter Biden – FBI Refuses To Take Hunter Biden Hard Drives

Rudy Giuliani, former President Donald Trump‘s personal lawyer, told Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Thursday that the Department of Justice (DOJ) hoped to put him “in jail” over his investigation of President Joe Biden‘s son Hunter Biden.

On Wednesday, Giuliani’s New York City apartment was raided by federal agents serving a search warrant for his electronic devices. The warrant had been issued more than two years earlier but the DOJ was blocked from executing it during the Trump administration.

During an appearance on the Thursday edition of Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight, Giuliani insisted that the Biden administration hoped to imprison him over hard drives he possessed that had allegedly been owned by Hunter Biden, although agents refused to take the drives during the raid. Watch Below:

“When they had taken about, I’d say, seven or eight electronic items of mine… they weren’t taking the three hard drives,” Giuliani told Carlson after being asked about the raid. “I said those are Hunter Biden’s hard drives. And they said no, no, no, no! … Hunter Biden’s hard drives fall within the scope of the subpoena. The subpoena required them to take all electronics, but they decided to leave that behind.”

“Thirty years of the Biden crime family violating our laws—that is what is on the hard drive that they have censored,” he added. “And that’s why they want to put me in jail.”

Giuliani claimed that the hard drives that purportedly belonged to Hunter Biden contain proof of multiple illegal activities by the president’s son, including failure to register as a foreign agent—something that has been alleged about Giuliani as well.

The warrant was issued in 2019 amid an investigation into alleged ties between Giuliani and Ukrainian officials. Giuliani told Carlson that he had “never ever represented a foreign national,” saying that he has “a refusal to do it” written into his contracts. The majority of the interview was focused on Hunter Biden to such an extent that Giuliani referred to Carlson as “Hunter” at one point.

On Wednesday, Giuliani’s attorney Robert J. Costello also maintained in a statement that the raid was about “the Biden Crime family,” adding that by refusing to take the drives that allegedly belonged to Biden “the FBI left behind the only electronics that contain evidence of crimes.”

In multiple interviews promoting the release of his memoir earlier this month, Hunter Biden said that he was unsure that Giuliani’s hard drives had belonged to him. Biden described the issue as a “red herring” during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, saying that he was “within my rights to question anything that comes from the desk of Rudy Giuliani.”

Deranged, Delusional, White Liberal, And Self Proclaimed “Social Justice Warrior” Admits To Drowning Her 3 Children.

Los Angeles – A woman was charged today with killing her three young children earlier this month in Reseda.

“Our hearts go out to the family of these children who are coping with this tremendous loss,” District Attorney George Gascón said. “My office has reached out to the survivors to offer trauma-informed services during these incredibly difficult times.”

Liliana Carrillo, 30, was charged with three counts of murder with “an allegation of using a knife as a deadly and dangerous weapon as to her youngest child.”

On April 10, Carrillo is accused of killing her 3-year-old daughter Joanna, her 2-year-old son Terry and 6-month-old daughter Sierra. Initial reports said the children were stabbed to death but Carrillo claims she drowned the children to “save them” from their father.

“Eric [Denton, the children’s father,] and his friends had basically told me throughout my relationship about what would happen, and everything was happening just as they were saying it,” Carrillo told KTLA. “I wasn’t about to hand my children off to be further abused.”

She was asked if she had any regret killing her children; “Yes, I do I wish that I didn’t have to do that But I prefer them not being tortured and abused on a regular basis for the rest of their life.”

“I drowned them. I did it as softly, I don’t know how to explain it,” she said. “I hugged them. I kissed them. I was apologizing the whole time. I loved my kids.”

“I didn’t want them to be further abused. I loved my kids. I wish this didn’t have to be the case, but I promised to protect them.”

Carrillo told KTLA that she “has always been a social justice warrior, equal rights and human rights activist.” So she was most likely drove nuts by the liberal agenda.

Liberals Wrong AGAIN – Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick died from strokes one day after Jan. 6 riot, D.C. chief medical examiner rules

Capitol Police officer Brian D. Sicknick suffered two strokes and died of natural causes a day after he confronted rioters at the Jan. 6 insurrection, the District’s chief medical examiner has ruled. The ruling, released Monday, likely will make it difficult for prosecutors to pursue homicide charges in the officer’s death. Two men are accused of assaulting Sicknick by spraying a powerful chemical irritant at him during the siege. In an interview with The Washington Post, Francisco J. Diaz, the medical examiner, said the autopsy found no evidence the 42-year-old officer suffered an allergic reaction to chemical irritants, which Diaz said would have caused Sicknick’s throat to quickly seize. Diaz also said there was no evidence of internal or external injuries. The medical examiner noted Sicknick was among the officers who engaged the Capitol mob and said “all that transpired played a role in his condition.”

In early February, the officer, who grew up in South River, N.J., was honored at the U.S. Capitol. His remains were interred at Arlington National Cemetery.Police said that Sicknick, who joined the Capitol Police in 2008, collapsed after he had returned to his office following the riot and was taken to a hospital, where he died. The case is being investigated by D.C. police, who handle all deaths in the District, along with the Capitol Police and the FBI.

Acting U.S. attorney general Jeffrey A. Rosen said in a Jan. 8 statement that Sicknick died of “the injuries he suffered defending the U.S. Capitol.” He promised that local and federal authorities would “spare no resources in investigating and holding accountable those responsible.”

The Capitol Police had previously said in a statement that Sicknick “was injured while physically engaging with protesters.” the started the Blue Anon Hoax that The Peaceful Trump supporters harmed him.

Trump releases A New Statement Criticizing Biden On His Politically Motivated Slow Withdraw Of Troops From Afghanistan

Read Trump’s Statement Below:

I wish Joe Biden wouldn’t use September 11th as the date to withdraw our troops from Afghanistan, for two reasons. First, we can and should get out earlier. Nineteen years is enough, in fact, far too much and way too long. I made early withdraw possible by already pulling much of our billions of dollars of equipment out and, more importantly, reducing our military presence to less than 2,000 troops from the 16,000 level that was there (likewise in Iraq, and zero troops in Syria except for the area where we KEPT THE OIL). Secondly, September 11th represents a very sad event and period for our Country and should remain a day of reflection and remembrance honoring those great souls we lost. Getting out of Afghanistan is a wonderful and positive thing to do. I planned to withdraw on May 1st, and we should keep as close to that schedule as possible.

Trump Loyalist Ezra Cohen-Watnick Has Been Put In Charge Of American Special Operations Forces.

The Pentagon is now on its fifth civilian leader in charge of special operations forces in less than three years.

Ezra Cohen is currently performing the duties of the assistant secretary of defense of special operations and low-intensity conflict, said Pentagon spokesman Michael Howard.

Cohen replaces Chris Miller, who was sworn in as director of the National Counterterrorism Center on Monday. Miller had been in the post for just under two months. His predecessor, Thomas Alexander, left the Pentagon in June to join the Office of Management and Budget.

Alexander had also been serving in the role on a temporary basis since November 2019 when he replaced retired Army Special Forces Col. Mark Mitchell, who was only in the job for roughly four months.

Mitchell took over for Marine veteran Owen West, the last Senate-confirmed assistant secretary of defense for special operations and low-intensity conflict, who left the job in June 2019.

The elevation of Ezra Cohen isn’t without controversy: While serving with the National Security Council in 2017, Cohen reportedly printed reports about communications from members of then-President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team that had incidentally been intercepted by U.S. intelligence agencies, but his personal spokesman told Task & Purpose that Cohen never provided any of that information to Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), who revealed to the media that he had seen the intelligence.

Former Navy SEAL Louis Bremer was nominated on May 19 to fill the job on a permanent basis, but at his Aug. 6 Senate confirmation hearing, he was asked about a picture of him hugging former Breitbart commenter Milo Yiannopoulos, who resigned in 2017 after video emerged of Yiannopoulos defending pedophilia as an “attraction to children who have not reached puberty.”

Bremer also faced questions about whether a security firm with which he is affiliated may have trained the Saudis who are believed to have killed and dismembered Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

The Senate Armed Services Committee has not yet voted on whether to advance Bremer’s nomination.

The Pentagon’s efforts to increase civilian oversight of special operations forces have been stymied by the lack of a Senate-confirmed assistant secretary of defense for special operations and low-intensity conflict, a former White House and Pentagon official told Task & Purpose in July.

The issue is part of a wider problem of many top Pentagon leadership positions being filled by people on a temporary basis, the former officials said.

“If you are just temporarily holding the seat until a permanent person comes along, the bureaucracy doesn’t really respect you,” the former official said.

Cohen-Watnick drew public scrutiny when it was revealed last year that he and another White House aide briefed Rep. Devin Nunes, the Republican chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, on classified intelligence briefings showing the government’s incidental surveillance of the Trump transition team.

American Makes A Stand Against The Monopolies: MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell told Steve Bannon he’s launching ‘MyStore’ – a ‘patriotic’ version of Amazon

  • MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell wants to launch an e-commerce platform, MyStore, to rival Amazon.
  • He announced the coming launch on Steve Bannon’s “War Room: Pandemic” podcast.
  • MyStore lists items such as “freedom coffee,” “uncommon USA flag pole,” and pro-Trump books.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has another new idea: a patriotism-themed e-commerce platform.

Speaking on Steve Bannon’s “War Room: Pandemic” podcast on Monday, Lindell announced that he was launching a company called MyStore as a rival to Amazon. Lindell’s latest appearance on Bannon’s podcast follows a visit to the show two weeks ago, when he went on a long rant about voter-fraud allegations and former President Donald Trump.

The MyPillow website features a version of MyStore with 81 products. These include “freedom flags,” “freedom coffee,” and an “uncommon US flagpole.”

Also sold on the site are books about Trump, including a book titled “Love Joy Trump.” Lindell has also listed his memoir, “What Are the Odds?” for $9.97.

“For years entrepreneurs and inventors have come to me with products and ideas. They don’t know how to market them, and I haven’t had the time to show them,” Lindell said in a video on the site.

“I am going to put vetted products from great entrepreneurs on here, like you see a sampling of them here today, that are going to change this country,” he continued.

“We’re finally going to be able to see these products and be able to get these great entrepreneurs, their great ideas, out to you, the public.”

The site also proclaims that there are “hundreds” of products coming soon, and it includes a link to a form for people to submit applications for “products ready for market.”

It is unclear whether Lindell was referring to the current iteration of MyStore as being a solid contender to rival Amazon’s dominance in the US e-commerce market, or whether he planned to launch another version of it.

In the span of just a few months, Lindell has been barred from Twitter and sued by the voting-machine company Dominion for peddling voter-fraud conspiracy theories.

Lindell told Insider in February that he expected MyPillow to lose $65 million in revenue this year over his election-fraud claims, but analysts and marketing experts say he might be able to find a way to capitalize on the bad press to get some monetary returns.

‘Dumb son of a bitch’: Trump rips McConnell at Mar-a-Lago. Trump plans to ‘enact retribution’ on politicians who tried to remove him

Former President Donald Trump ripped into Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell before a Republican National Committee donor retreat Saturday evening, deriding him as a “dumb son of a bitch.”

Trump veered off his prepared text during a roughly 50-minute speech before several hundred well-heeled GOP donors at his Mar-a-Lago resort in South Florida, saying that he was “disappointed” in former Vice President Mike Pence, calling last year’s presidential election election a “fraud” and mocking Dr. Anthony Fauci.

ℳ𝒾𝒸𝒽ℯ𝓁𝓁ℯ 𝒲𝒽𝒾𝓉𝓏ℯ𝓁 on Twitter: "In 6 days, we the people of the United States of America, will re-elect @realDonaldTrump. #Trump2020 #4MoreYears #ElectionDay… https://t.co/reRIY1kIhg"

Trump’s biggest applause line, according to sources in the room, was when he said the GOP would win back the House 2022 and the presidency in 2024. He lavished praise on Florida Gov. RON DESANTIS, South Dakota Gov. KRISTI NOEM, and Wisconsin Sen. RON JOHNSON. But when he was harshly critical of people like former VP MIKE PENCE and Senate Republican Leader MITCH MCCONNELL, few people applauded.

Notably, Trump allowed DeSantis to share the stage with him. While Trump used his speech to share with donors that he was “disappointed” in Pence, he has privately told advisers that if he runs again, he wants DeSantis as his running mate.

According to insiders he plans to enact retribution against those who voted to impeach him
