An armed man wearing body armor was caught trying to enter the parking garage of the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building, a U.S. federal in Los Angeles

DHS Agents says the man had multiple loaded firearms, knives and was wearing body armor. He was stopped when agents saw one of the guns in the truck.
