Trump sues Facebook, Twitter, Google for ‘censorship of the American people’ In Landmark Lawsuit

President Donald Trump, who was kicked off Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms earlier this year, announced class-action lawsuits Wednesday against Facebook, Twitter and Google as well as their CEOs.

The legal effort will be supported by the America First Policy Institute, a nonprofit formed earlier this year by alumni of the Trump administration.

“Today, in conjunction with the American First Policy Institute, I’m filing as the lead class representative, a major class action lawsuit against the big tech giants including Facebook, Google and Twitter as well as their CEOs, Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai and Jack Dorsey. Three real nice guys,” Trump said with a note of sarcasm from Bedminster, New Jersey.

The legal filings indicate that the suit against Google targets its subsidiary YouTube.

“We’re asking the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida to order an immediate halt to stop social media companies’ illegal and shameful censorship of the American people. That’s exactly what they’re doing.

“We’re demanding an end to the shadow banning, a stop to the silencing, a stop to the blacklisting, banishing and canceling that you know so well,” he added.

Trump accused the big tech companies of violating Americans’ First Amendment rights by selectively censoring information.

Former President Donald Trump was banned from Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms earlier this year.

A representative for Twitter declined to comment. Facebook did not immediately return The Post’s request.

Trump added that he’s asking the court to impose punitive damages against the companies.

“We’re going to hold big tech very accountable,” he said.

Trump added that the team is looking to reform Section 230, which legally protects social media companies from content their users post and how they moderate their platforms.

Trump added that the legal team is “not looking to settle.

Trump Hints at Action Over Apple, Amazon, Google, Facebook 'Monopoly'

On Jan. 8, two days after the riot at the US Capitol, Twitter took the unprecedented step of permanently banning then-President Trump’s world-famous account from the platform.

Facebook also kicked Trump off its social media platforms around the same time, saying the ban would last at least through the end of his presidency. The company later sent the case to its Oversight Board to rule on whether the ban should be permanent.

In May, the Oversight Board upheld the company’s decision to block Trump, but said an indefinite ban was inappropriate and gave Facebook six months to lay out clearer penalties.

Facebook announced last month that the ban will last at least until 2023, when the decision will be reassessed.

After that announcement, Trump blasted Facebook for “censoring and silencing” his political movement.

“Facebook’s ruling is an insult to the record-setting 75M people, plus many others, who voted for us in the 2020 Rigged Presidential Election,” Trump said. “They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this censoring and silencing, and ultimately, we will win. Our Country can’t take this abuse anymore!”

Several Republical lawmakers also backed Trump, accusing tech giants of a double standard, pointing out that Democrats including Hillary Clinton also challenged the validity of past election results.

“Unless Congress acts, Big Tech is going to continue to censor Americans and trample on our foundational principles of free speech and open exchange of ideas in an effort to control what Americans say, hear, and think,” Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) said at the time. “Despite recently being exposed for wrongly banning and suppressing information regarding the origins of COVID-19, Facebook is now doubling down on its censorship playbook.”

Hagerty and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) have both introduced legislation in Congress aimed at reeling in the power of big tech companies.

Members of both political parties in Congress historically supported reforms to laws governing Big Tech firms such as Amazon, Google, Facebook and Twitter. For example, both President Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) backed repeal of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which grants immunity for most third-party online content.

Haiti’s President Is Assassinated – Assassins Claim To Be American DEA Agents!

The Military Industrial Complex has claimed yet another victim, likely victims. Details are still unclear but here’s what we do know. There were major protest against the President who Haiti citizens claimed was a dictator who was being kept in power by U.S. Democrats specifically “Joe Biden’s Administration”

Video quickly emerged after the assassination showing The assassins claimed to be DEA; spoke a mix of Spanish & English with a US accent.

Haiti‘s government says highly trained foreign attackers involved. All borders & airports have been shut.

From the White House: The White House described the attack on Haitian President Jovenel as “horrific” and “tragic” and said it was still gathering information on what happened. President Joe Biden will be briefed later.

Red States See Green As Liberal Policies Continue to Fail Blue States

The Labor Market is Healthiest In Red States, Suffering In Blue States. 9 of the top 10 performing states are led by GOP governors:

May’s jobs report showed better job growth than the previous month but still fell short of expert predictions. The economy gained just 559,000 nonfarm payroll jobs, with notable gains in sectors including leisure and hospitality, public and private education, and health care and social assistance.

Now, the U.S. unemployment rate sits at 5.8%, which is still high but is much lower than the nearly historic high of 14.7% in April 2020. This overall drop can be attributed largely to a combination of vaccinations and states loosening restrictions. It will take far more time for us to reduce the unemployment rate to pre-pandemic levels than it did for the virus to reverse over a decade of job growth, though.

In order to identify the states whose unemployment rates are bouncing back most, WalletHub compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia based on five key metrics that compare unemployment rate statistics from the latest month for which data is available (May 2021) to key dates in 2019 and 2020.

The Chart below shows what states did the best and the worst, and who that states voters chose.

Matt Gaetz Vows He’ll Nominate Donald Trump to Be Next Speaker of the House

Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz has vowed to nominate former President Donald Trump to be the next Speaker of the House.

“After the next election cycle when we take back the House of Representatives, when we send [current Speaker] Nancy Pelosi back to the filth of San Francisco, my commitment to you is that my vote for Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives will go to Donald J. Trump,” the Republican congressman said to a crowd gathered for Trump’s rally in Sarasota, Florida, on Saturday.

The “Save America” rally marks the second Trump campaign-style event held since the former president left the White House in January. Billed as a celebration of Independence Day, the July 3 rally has drawn thousands to Sarasota Fairgrounds. Trump is scheduled to speak at 8 p.m. ET.

The Constitution—which states that “the House of Representatives shall chuse (sic) their Speaker and other Officers”—does not expressly state that the House Speaker must be a member of the chamber. However, many legal experts who have examined the issue believe that the founders intended for the Speaker to be chosen from a pool of elected representatives.

“It would have been unthinkable for the most populous house not to have its leader be part of the representatives who were elected by the people,” said David Forte, a constitutional scholar at Cleveland State University, according to NBC News.

In 2015, the Clerk of the House said the Speaker “has always been (but is not required to be) a House Member.”

Who Shot Ashli Babbitt? Here Is Everything We Know About The Federal Execution Of A Veteran.

The police officer who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt during the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol won’t face federal criminal charges in connection with her death, the Justice Department said in April.

Federal prosecutors examined video footage on social media, interviewed the officer and other witnesses, gathered evidence from the scene and studied autopsy results, officials said.

“Based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution,” the Justice Department said in a statement announcing the closure of its probe.

So despite the officer executing an unarmed protestor with other officer directly behind and in the line of fire they didn’t find enough evidence???

President Donald Trump on Thursday joined in calling for the identity of the law enforcement officer who shot and killed Capitol rioter Ashli Babbitt

“Who shot Ashli Babbitt?” Trump said in a statement on Thursday, hours after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced her appointments to a committee to probe the attack.

Footage From Inside the capitol shows the officer that shot Babbitt was itching to shoot.

While most cowardly Republicans have been silent and are happy to allow the injustice to go unavenged, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) has led the charge calling for Babbitt’s killer to be exposed and face repercussions for his heinous actions.

Some have speculated the shooter may be Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Leroy Byrd.

Image

After leaving his firearm unattended in the bathroom previously, he said he “will be treated differently” because of his rank as a lieutenant.

A U.S. Capitol Police lieutenant left his service weapon in a bathroom Monday night and the unattended gun was discovered later by another Capitol Police officer.

After the House adjourned on Monday, Lt. Mike Byrd left his Glock 22 in a bathroom in the Capitol Visitor Center complex, according to sources familiar with the incident. Byrd is the commander of the House Chambers section of the Capitol Police and was on the job Tuesday and Wednesday.

Byrd addressed the incident at Tuesday morning’s officer roll call and, according to sources, told fellow officers that he “will be treated differently” because of his rank as a lieutenant. It was not clear what exactly the lieutenant meant by the comment.

An eyewitness of the shooting said Babbitt was shot by a “Man in a suit”

As she had both feet in the windowsill, her hands were on the sides of the window, a man inside, not a uniform, he had a suit on, fired one shot, hitting her up in this region somewhere [indicates to neck]. She fell out of the window. The police that were there would not let me assist. I am trained in emergency medical services. They would not let me assist… They pushed me out of the way, and I stood there and I watched this young woman die.

The man suggested that the woman was not shot by DC Police as initially reported, but may have been shot by “internal security.”

Here are videos of the shooting. The video may not be suitable for all viewers.

Will we ever discover the full story of how and why Ashli Babbitt was murdered?

Sticky Situation Forcing Players to Act Out

Just when you think Rob Manfred couldn’t piss off the players any more than he already has, he does just that. If you aren’t familiar with the current situation, pitchers are being checked for “foreign-substance like objects” on their gloves, hats, or maybe even their ass according to Sergio Romo, Pitcher for the A’s. After setting down a couple Rangers on K’s, Romo walked off the field and when he noticed the ump coming to check him, he quickly ripped off his belt and dropped his drawers.

a perfect reaction to an absolute overreaction on the leagues part, these past few days have been a mess and there needs to be some kind of middle ground.

They really hit an all time low Wednesday night when 33 year old knuckleballer Mickey Janis made his major league debut and they checked the guy for substance. First, spin rate kills knuckleballs so why the hell would he be using anything to boost spin. Second, it’s his DEBUT. show the guy a little respect and let him be in rhythm without the other manager begging for pointless substance checks.

Clayton Kershaw weighed in on the checks and called them “A little weird and funny looking.” Also sticking up for Max Scherzer who had two post inning checks and a mound visit check which was requested by opposing manager Joe Girardi. Keep in mind all three of Scherzer’s checks were before the 4th inning. Kershaw made a great point about how it knocks guys off their rhythm and that teams should be punished if the umpires don’t find any foreign substance by taking away their opportunity to use a replay challenge. Unfortunately old man Rob Manfred won’t be making any disciplinary action rules for these incorrect checks even though his biggest goal is to speed up pace of play, so we better just start getting used to watching pitchers be frisked on the field.

The Liberal Cesspool Of Big Tech Just Too A HUGE HIT! MAJOR WIN FOR FREE SPEECH! U.S. House Judiciary Committee passed all six pieces of legislation to break the monopoly power of Big Tech companies.

In a marathon markup meeting that lasted 29 hours, the House Judiciary Committee approved all six of the bills in a sweeping antitrust package that takes aim at Big Tech and attempts to reel in the giants’ power.

But the lengthy debate that began Wednesday and did not finish till Thursday afternoon illuminated the fissures within both parties as tech companies continue lobbying lawmakers, and some California delegates — whose districts encompass many tech headquarters — voiced skepticism.

The committee advanced the sixth bill — the one with perhaps the broadest implications for tech giants — Thursday afternoon in a tight 21 to 20 vote. Two Republicans joined those voting to advance the bill, while four Democrats were opposed.

The bills, which have some bipartisan support, target the far-reaching power of Big Tech, especially Apple, Amazon, Facebook and Google. The committee spent the first several hours of the hearing debating the two least controversial bills — a measure that would update merger filing fees, and another that deals with venues for antitrust suits brought by state attorneys general.

The bills with more substantial changes passed throughout the night, including a bill to prevent tech giants from buying rising competitors; one to prohibit big tech companies from giving their own products and services preference over those from competitors; and another to make it easier to use products from different tech companies together.

The last bill, passed Thursday afternoon, would enable federal regulators to sue to break up large tech companies when their role as operator of a platform presents an “irreconcilable conflict of interest” in their other lines of business. That could spell trouble especially for Amazon — which operates a major e-commerce marketplace where it also competes as a seller of its own goods — and potentially for Google — which ranks videos in its search engine while also running its own major video service, YouTube. (Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos owns The Washington Post.)

Big Tech is making a full-court press in lobbying lawmakers to defeat the bills, according to reporting in Gizmodo and the New York Times. The push is made clear in public calls from industry trade organizations and the companies themselves

As you may know the worlds media is ran by 6 lobbying GIANTS that can control what you see everyday with simple programs. This is a major win for free speech.

CDC Finds More Cases of Heart Inflammation Than Expected in Vaccinated Young Males – Liberals DO NOT CARE About The Damage They Are Causing To Children

More than 1,200 cases of heart inflammation in adolescents and young adults following Pfizer’s or Moderna’s COVID vaccine have been reported to health authorities in the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said on June 23.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said on Wednesday it plans to move quickly to add a warning about rare cases of heart inflammation in adolescents and young adults to fact sheets for the Pfizer/BioNTech (PFE.N), and Moderna (MRNA.O) COVID-19 vaccines.

U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advisory groups, meeting to discuss reported cases of the heart condition after vaccination, found the inflammation in adolescents and young adults is likely linked to the vaccines, but that the benefits of the shots appeared to clearly outweigh the risk.

Moderna shares closed down 4.2%, while Pfizer fell 1.4%.

Pfizer, whose vaccine has been authorized for use in Americans as young as 12, said in a statement that it is aware of the reports of myocarditis and pericarditis after mRNA vaccination. It said that the benefit risk profile of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine “remains positive”.

Moderna said it is aware of reports of heart inflammation cases following administration of mRNA vaccines and is working with regulators.

Health regulators in several countries have been investigating whether the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna shots using new mRNA technology present a risk and, if so, how serious.

The CDC said that patients with heart inflammation following vaccination generally recover from the symptoms and do well.

The U.S. Department of Health And Human Services, joined by leading U.S. doctors groups and public health officials, put out a statement underscoring that the vaccines are safe and effective and that the heart side effect is “extremely rare.”

Dr. Sarah Long, professor of pediatrics at Drexel University College of Medicine, says “highly likely” that heart inflammation cases are related to COVID-19 vaccines.

The CDC is now admitting that post-second dose risk in people under 25 could be over 200x the background rate (and that’s not accounting for underreporting).

Image
Here’s stratification by year of patient. As you can see, the post-second dose cases double from age 25 to 21, then double again in the 16-18 range. The younger you are, the higher the risk. HOW CAN WE JUSTIFY GIVING THIS TO ANYONE HEALTHY UNDER 25 – MUCH LESS 18? Deranged Liberals are now pushign to vaccinate younger and younger as a result of the media fear mongering and manipulation about the COIVD Virus. Once again the best thing you can to is be in shape and do healthy things to prevent ALL DISEASE

HUGE NEW FINDINGS: Redactions In Fauci’s Emails Show Their Is A Criminal Investigation Into The Origins of Covid-19 and Fauci’s Involvement!

Who Is Peter Daszak?

The nonprofit exec whose organization sent nearly $600,000 in US taxpayer money to a Chinese lab that may have been the source of COVID-19 masterminded an effort near the start of the pandemic to squelch the notion that the coronavirus was man-made, a new report reveals.

Peter Daszak, president of the New York City-based EcoHealth Alliance, secretly organized a statement issued by the influential British medical journal The Lancet in February 2020, according to Vanity Fair.

A total of 27 scientists — including Daszak, 55, who trained as a zoologist — signed the statement, which expressed “solidarity with all scientists and health professionals in China.”

“We stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin,” the statement affirmed.

“Conspiracy theories do nothing but create fear, rumours, and prejudice that jeopardise our global collaboration in the fight against this virus.”

During Daszak’s efforts to arrange the Lancet statement, he reportedly emailed two scientists, including Dr. Ralph Baric of the University of North Carolina, who’d worked with the lead coronavirus researcher at China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology, located at the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak.

Daszak told the scientists that they “should not sign this statement, so it has some distance from us and therefore doesn’t work in a counterproductive way,” Vanity Fair said, citing emails obtained by the group US Right to Know.

“We’ll then put it out in a way that doesn’t link it back to our collaboration so we maximize an independent voice,” Daszak reportedly added.

Baric didn’t sign the Lancet statement, but last month was among 18 international scientists who signed a statement in Science Magazine calling for a “transparent, objective” investigation into the origins of COVID-19.

And while the Lancet statement included a claim that its signatories had “no competing interests,” at least six others had either worked at or been funded by EcoHealth Alliance, according to Vanity Fair.

Breaking: The CCP Threatens Nuclear Strikes On US After U.S. Announces Investigation into Origin of CCP Virus

After the US government ordered US spy agencies to do a 90-day investigation into whether COVID-19 was released by a Chinese lab on May 26, Hu Xijin, the chief editor of The Global Times, one of the CCP’s main mouthpieces, immediately posted on his Chinese social media platform Weibo to attack the investigation.

Two hours later, he sent another post, and threatened nuclear strikes. The following is a full translation of his post dated on May 27. This post has so far, up to 11:28 am EST on May 29, got 26050 likes, 5308 comments and 1308 shares. )

Given the intensifying U.S. strategic containment of China, I would like to remind once again that we have many urgent tasks, but one of the most important is to keep rapidly increasing the number of nuclear warheads and strategic missiles like the Dongfeng 41 with extremely long-range and high survival capabilities. This is the cornerstone of China’s strategic resilience against the United States.

“We must be prepared for a high-intensity showdown between the US and China, at which point a large number of DF-41 and JL-2 and JL-3 will be the backbone of our strategic will. Our nuclear missiles must be so numerous that the U.S. elite will tremble at the thought of military confrontation with China at that time.

“On such a basis, we can calmly and actively manage our differences with the U.S. and avoid all kinds of gunfire. As U.S. hostility toward China continues to burn, we need to use our strength and the unbearable risks they would face if they took the risk to force them to remain calm.”

Arizona Election Aduit Finds Arizona Democrats Deleted Thousands Of Election Files From Machines Days Before THe Audit To Hide The Evidence. Huge Audit Find!

“This suggests that the main database for all election related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed.”

Maricopa County officials deleted a directory full of election databases right before the election equipment was delivered to the audit. And now they deny they have the router passwords.

Maricopa County deleted a directory full of election databases from the 2020 election cycle days before the election equipment was delivered to the audit. This is spoliation of evidence!

Image

We have recently discovered that the entire “Database” directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted. This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, “Results Tally and Reporting,” is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed. Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?

Biden’s Policies Have Destroyed America In Record Time. Inflation is Soaring, Crime has Spiked in Cities, War in The Middle East, American’s Can’t Fill Up Their Cars, And 10x More Kids are In Cages.

  • The national average gas price rose to a seven-year high on Wednesday, and four governors have declared states of emergency
  • The Consumer Price Index, which measures a basket of goods as well as energy and housing costs, rose 4.2% from a year earlier. A Dow Jones survey had expected a 3.6% increase.
  • Militants in Gaza have fired more than 1,000 rockets into Israel since the latest flareup began Monday afternoon, injuring more than 200 Israeli civilians.
  • The Associated Press reported Tuesday that the administration is currently housing approximately 21,000 illegal immigrant kids in some 200 facilities across two dozen states.
  • Minneapolis mayor admits that calls to ‘defund the police’ led to a spike in crime

The national average gas price rose to a seven-year high on Wednesday, and four governors have declared states of emergency as the shutdown of the Colonial Pipeline spurred panic buying across the Southeast.

The shutdown of the biggest oil pipeline in the US due to a crippling cyberattack believed to be orchestrated by a China-based criminal group pushed Wednesday’s national average price to $3.008 per gallon of gas, according to the Automobile Association of America.

That’s the highest prices have been since November 2014, according to AAA, as closure of the 5,500-mile pipeline, which carries more than 100 million gallons of fuel from Texas to New Jersey each day, stretches into its sixth day.

Donald Trump Warned A Biden President would lead to higher gas prices:

Inflation in April accelerated at its fastest pace in more than 12 years as the U.S. economic recovery kicked into gear and energy prices jumped higher, the Labor Department reported Wednesday.

The Consumer Price Index, which measures a basket of goods as well as energy and housing costs, rose 4.2% from a year earlier. A Dow Jones survey had expected a 3.6% increase. The month-to-month gain was 0.8%, against the expected 0.2%.

Excluding volatile food and energy prices, the core CPI increased 3% from the same period in 2020 and 0.9% on a monthly basis. The respective estimates were 2.3% and 0.3%.

The increase in the annual headline CPI rate was the fastest since September 2008, while the monthly gain in core inflation was the largest since 1981.

Energy prices overall jumped 25% from a year earlier, including a 49.6% increase for gasoline and 37.3% for fuel oil. That came even though most energy categories saw a decline in April.

Prices at the pump, which fell 1.4% in April, have resumed their climb in May, with the national average eclipsing $3 a gallon for the first time since November 2014, according to AAA. Further rises are likely from Friday’s cyberattack that shut down Colonial Pipeline’s main transmission line from Houston to New Jersey.

Used car and truck prices, which are seen as a key inflation indicator, surged 21%, including a 10% increase in April alone. Shelter, another key CPI component, was up 2.1% year over year and 0.4% for the month.

The worst violence in years between Israelis and Palestinians showed no signs of letting up Wednesday, as continued Israeli airstrikes and Hamas rocket fire prompted the United Nations to warn the conflict could mushroom into “full-scale war.

“Israel’s bombing campaign in Gaza has now killed at least 67 people, including 17 children, and injured more than 388 more, according to the Gaza-based Palestinian health ministry. Israel says at least 15 of the dead were Hamas militants.

“Stop the fire immediately. We’re escalating towards a full-scale war,” tweeted UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Tor Wennesland. “The cost of war in Gaza is devastating & is being paid by ordinary people. UN is working w/ all sides to restore calm. Stop the violence now.”

Under President Trump America oversaw the signing of 4 separate peace treaties between Israel and middle eastern Arab countries. Biden is the president of WAR.

Israel, Arab states sign Trump-brokered deals in White House ceremony

It comes as the Associated Press reported Tuesday that the administration is currently housing approximately 21,000 illegal immigrant kids in some 200 facilities across two dozen states.

Five of the shelters reportedly house more than 1,000 children, while a facility at Fort Bliss in Texas had more than 4,500 children as of Monday. The report further found that about half of all kids detained in the US are sleeping in shelters with more than 1,000 other children. More than 17,650 are in facilities with 100 or more children.

At the White House Tuesday, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas reiterated his insistence that “the border is closed,” despite daily footage of illegal immigrants wading across the Rio Grande.

The five girls are all under the age of 7, with one too young to walk. Abandon by people crossing the border

The city council vowed last year in the wake of the death of George Floyd to get rid of the police, and Mayor Jacob Frey did little to stand in their way, despite claiming that he did not want to fully abolish the police — which famously upset protesters who confronted him on the subject.

As the movement to defund the police gained steam, crime in the city began to increase as cops left the force. After a while, the same city council that trashed cops and threatened to gut their departments realized the city needed help, and they were forced to outsource its police work.

Just a few months later, the council voted so spend an additional $6.4 million on the police. But the damage had already been done.

Crime has been spiking in Minneapolis. Just last weekend, seven people were shot in a span of 12 hours, according to WCCO-TV.

The problem has become so severe that Mayor Frey is holding meetings with community leaders in an attempt find solutions to the spike in violent crime. And he has been forced to admit that the calls to abolish the police are at least partly responsible.

Last Friday, Frey told citizens the city needs to get to work stopping the criminals.

“The violence needs to stop, it’s unacceptable,” he said, WCCO reported. “People deserve to feel safe in their neighborhood, they deserve to be able to send their kids out to the sidewalk to play and to recreate without bullets flying by. That’s unacceptable. We should be holding those perpetrators accountable.”

He added that the city currently doesn’t have enough officers to respond to the city’s crime needs, and he hopes city council members will actually try to work with Police Chief Medaria Arradondo.

“It’s going to take a very comprehensive effort,” Frey added. “Yes, it includes safety beyond policing, and it includes police. And, you know, I’m one that has been working lock step with our Chief Arradondo, and I’m calling on the council members to try to work with him as well.”

It is safe to say Biden or whoever is handling his senile brain is TRYING to destroy America and seize for power for the ruling class. Liberalism MUST be stopped.

Gas Prices Hit A 7 Year High As Biden Allows China To Hack U.S. Pipelines.

Thanks to Biden’s First Day Executive Order to allow China to access to U.S. power grid A U.S. energy company says a cyberattack forced it to temporarily halt all operations on a major pipeline that delivers roughly 45% of all fuel consumed on the East Coast.

Colonial Pipeline said the attack took place Friday and also affected some of its information technology systems. The company transports gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and home heating oil from refineries primarily located on the Gulf Coast through pipelines running from Texas to New Jersey.

The Alpharetta, Georgia-based company said it hired an outside cybersecurity firm to investigate the nature and scope of the attack and has also contacted law enforcement and federal agencies.

“Colonial Pipeline is taking steps to understand and resolve this issue,” the company said in a late Friday statement. “At this time, our primary focus is the safe and efficient restoration of our service and our efforts to return to normal operation. This process is already underway, and we are working diligently to address this matter and to minimize disruption to our customers and those who rely on Colonial Pipeline.”

Oil analyst Andy Lipow said a key concern about a lengthy delay would be the supply of jet fuel needed to keep major airports operating, like those in Atlanta and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Colonial Pipeline said it transports more than 100 million gallons of fuel daily, through a pipeline system spanning more than 5,500 miles.

The FBI and the White House’s National Security Council did not immediately return messages seeking comment. The federal Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Security Agency referred questions about the incident to the company.

A hacker’s botched attempt to poison the water supply of a small Florida city raised alarms about how vulnerable the nation’s critical infrastructure may be to attacks by more sophisticated intruders.

Anne Neuberger, the Biden administration’s deputy national security adviser for cybersecurity and emerging technology, said in an interview with The Associated Press in April that the government was undertaking a new effort to help electric utilities, water districts and other critical industries protect against potentially damaging cyberattacks. She said the goal was to ensure that control systems serving 50,000 or more Americans have the core technology to detect and block malicious cyber activity.

Since then, the White House has announced a 100-day initiative aimed at protecting the country’s electricity system from cyberattacks by encouraging owners and operators of power plants and electric utilities to improve their capabilities for identifying cyber threats to their networks. It includes concrete milestones for them to put technologies into use so they can spot and respond to intrusions in real time. The Justice Department has also announced a new task force dedicated to countering ransomware attacks in which data is seized by hackers who demand payment from victims in order to release it.
