America’s Frontline Doctors” filed a motion in federal court on Monday against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the parent agency of the FDA.
America’s Frontline Doctors (AFD) are seeking first and foremost the revocation or termination of the declared emergency and existing Vaccine Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA). Without being EUA’d it would be ILLEGAL to administer this vaccine. Even with the Emergency Use Authorization without the Public Emergency Declaration EUA vaccines would be ILLEGAL to administer because of the unknown effects and reliability.
