How The Government Agreed To Let Pfizer Develop a “Prototype” Vaccine that would be IMMUNE from Liability and Federal Laws.

Many may be aware of the immunity provided to Pfizer by the PREP act, but thanks to whistleblower Brook Jackson and Attorney Warner Mendenhall we now know the government agreed to FURTHER immunity from liability and even immunity from federal procurement laws for Pfizer. Pfizer was able to do this because the COVID vaccine was classified as a “prototype” thanks to Army Contract Command issuing an Other Transaction Agreement to Pfizer when they gave them 1.9 Billion dollars for “COVID-19 Pandemic — Large Scale Vaccine Manufacturing Demonstration”.

I know what you may be thinking, didn’t the government give Pfizer 1.9 Billion to develop a vaccine? Nope, The Army Contract Command gave Pfizer 1.9 Billion specifically to “demonstrate” large scale vaccine manufacturing.

In this article we will go over and explain what an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) is, Pfizer’s “Demonstration” loophole, and the evidence Brook Jackson alleges shows Pfizer committed fraud.

What is an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA)?

Other Transactions (OTs) are legally binding instruments that may be used to engage industry and
academia for a broad range of research and prototype projects and include the option to extend to
production. OTs are typically defined by what they are not: they are not standard procurement
contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements. As such, they are generally not subject to the federal laws
and regulations that apply to government procurement contracts (e.g., FAR/DFARS).

Other Transaction Agreements or an OTA allows the United States Military or Department of Defense to give funding and immunity from federal laws and regulations to any prototype project “directly related to enhancing the mission effectiveness of military personnel and the supporting platforms, systems, components, or materials proposed to be acquired or developed by the Department of Defense, or to improvement of platforms, systems, components, or materials in use by the Armed Forces.”

I know what you’re thinking: that perfectly describes a vaccine! Sadly not, but that did not stop Army Contract Command from giving Pfizer $1.9 Billion specifically to “demonstrate” large scale vaccine manufacturing. So what did Pfizer and the Government Agree to?

The Agreement clearly says this is a “prototype project” and is only the “the demonstration by Pfizer of the supply and logistics capability to manufacture and distribute to the Government of 100M doses of a novel mRNA based vaccine that has received FDA-approval or authorization“. So as long as Pfizer make 100 million doses that at least get Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) they are fulfilling their agreement and immune from liability, federal laws, and approved to receive billions of dollars.

The agreement even doubles down and makes the government acknowledge and agree that “pre-clinical, clinical, and chemistry / manufacturing / controls (CMC) activities” do not count as activities related to large-scale manufacturing and are therefore out of scope for this prototype project.

The Government and Pfizer also agreed Pfizer’s efforts to develop a COVID-19 vaccine “are aspirational in nature and subject to significant risks and uncertainties“. Which the agreement says means Pfizer “shall have no liability for any failure to develop, obtain or maintain U.S. regulatory approval or
authorization of such a vaccine” accordingly. It goes on to further state Pfizer is not even liable to deliver the doses on time.

The Government also agreed they will not use or authorize use of any product unless that product is used in the United States and is completely protected from Liability. This is why COMIRNATY remains unavailable in the United States, because it does not has the same liability protection as the EUA doses because it is FDA approved. The government signed an agreement that they could not distribute COMIRNATY before it existed. Why do you think they “approved” it? Was it to manipulate patients into believing they are getting an Approved vaccine when they are actually getting the EUA vaccine?

Pfizer’s “Demonstration” Loophole

As mentioned earlier this “prototype project” and is only the “the demonstration by Pfizer of the supply and logistics capability to manufacture and distribute to the Government of 100M doses of a novel mRNA based vaccine that has received FDA-approval or authorization”.

Thanks to this, Pfizer has asked a U.S. court to throw out a lawsuit from whistleblower Brook Jackson who revealed problems at sites that tested Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. The lawsuit alleges that Pfizer and associated parties violated clinical trial regulations and federal laws, including the False Claims Act.

The craziest part is, Pfizer does not deny violating clinical trial regulations and federal laws. In their motion to dismiss, Pfizer says the regulations don’t apply to its vaccine contract with the U.S. Department of Defense because the agreement was executed under the department’s Other Transaction Authority (OTA). Pfizer argues they are immune from these laws and they only agreed to develop a prototype product that would demonstrate they could manufacture 100 million mRNA vaccine doses.

Pfizer says that Jackson’s claim that Pfizer must still comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations “is simply wrong,”.

“The agreement makes no mention of the FDA regulations and FAR provisions cited in relator’s complaint,” Pfizer said. Pfizer continued: “The agreement instead conditions payment, more simply, on Pfizer’s delivery of an FDA authorized or approved product. Pfizer’s vaccine has satisfied that condition since December 2020, as the complaint acknowledges, and the vaccine continues to satisfy that condition today. The Court should reject Relator’s express certification claim for this reason alone.”

Thanks to this loophole Pfizer is essentially arguing their vaccine could have killed 100% of the people it was injected into but because they delivered 100 million doses and get emergency use authorization they are immune from any liability or damage caused by their “prototype project”.

Who is Brook Jackson?

Brook Jackson was hired by Ventavia Research Group , during the two weeks she was employed at Ventavia in September 2020, she repeatedly informed her superiors of poor laboratory management, patient safety concerns, and data integrity issues. Jackson was a trained clinical trial auditor who previously held a director of operations position and came to Ventavia with more than 15 years’ experience in clinical research coordination and management. Exasperated that Ventavia was not dealing with the problems, Jackson documented several matters late one night, taking photos on her mobile phone. One photo, provided to The BMJ, showed needles discarded in a plastic biohazard bag instead of a sharps container box. Another showed vaccine packaging materials with trial participants’ identification numbers written on them left out in the open, potentially unblinding participants. Ventavia executives later questioned Jackson for taking the photos. Brook Jackson recounts this and much more in the video below.

Jackson filed a False Claims Act suit against Pfizer, Ventavia, and another company involved in the trial, ICON. It’s been under seal for over a year but is now public after the U.S. Department of Justice declined to intervene on her behalf. Government lawyers didn’t explain the choice not to intervene, although the government’s involvement in the alleged fraud may be an obvious reason. Jackson was fired hours after filing a complaint with the FDA. A Pfizer official within weeks reached out directly to Jackson for more information, according to text messages. Below is a list of widespread protocol and regulation violations Brook alleges to have observed. She observed everything from fabrication of data to risking the safety of trial patients and more.

What is No See’m? Ralph Baric’s Method of Untraceable Gene Editing

No See’m Technology is a gene editing tool which does not leave nucleotide changes that would typically be left by gene editing and be a clear sign of lab manipulation. Boyd Yount, Mark R. Denison, Susan R. Weiss, and Ralph S. Baric published a paper describing No See’m technology and its uses as early as 2002.

In this paper Ralph and crew describe their “reverse genetic system” they have established that would allow for untraceable genetic manipulation. They concluded that this technology should allow for the use of coronaviruses as vaccine vectors in humans and animals.

Later in 2006 Baric published another paper titled Synthetic Viral Genomics: Risks and Benefits for Science and Society, where Baric discusses some risks associated with the ability to lab edit genes without leaving a trace. In this paper Baric says the No See’m sites had already been used to assemble full length Complimentary DNA of SARS-CoV.

In that paper Baric describes how the No See’m technology could be used by “bioterrorist”. It make’s one wonder why Baric needed to create the untraceable No See’m tech which provided no new advantage besides being untraceable compared to other technology at the time.

On April 19, 2002 Ralph Baric filed a patent for “Methods for producing recombinant coronavirus”. Or in other words he patented methods that could be used to create infectious clones of coronavirus.

So we know Baric by 2002 is capable of cloning and editing coronavirus without leaving a trace. Then months after this patent was filed and just weeks after Baric published the paper describing No See’m on November 1st, 2002 the first human was infected with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) on November 16th 2002. (Just a funny coincidence)

Finally in October 2003 Baric and crew published a new paper saying they had created an Infectious SARS-CoV clone using their new methods. They say the SARS-CoV clone “provides a template for manipulation of the viral genome” (Later known as Gain of Function research).

Thousands of Pakistanis Line Up for Vaccine After Gov’t Shuts Down Cell Service for Unvaccinated

Footage purports to show residents lined up after government deactivates unvaccinated SIM cards.

Footage out of Pakistan purports to show thousands of residents lined up to receive a Covid-19 vaccine after the government in two provinces implemented measures to block cell service for the unvaccinated.

The video shows a man driving down a street passing by a mile-long line of vehicles supposedly queued up to receive the vaccine.

“Since last night thousands of people lining up to get vaccinated in Karachi, Pakistan after Govt. decision to block phone SIM for unvaccinated,” the footage, being promoted on Twitter, is captioned.

Two months ago, the governments of the Punjab and Sindh provinces called for plans to block phone service for unvaccinated people, claiming too many were refusing to get vaccinated despite a rise in Covid delta variant cases.

“At first this was only a proposal, but people have been very hesitant in getting vaccinated so the decision was made,” a spokesman for the Punjab Primary Health department stated in June, not noting a specific date the decision would go into effect.

“The government is trying its best to facilitate people in getting the vaccine,” Sindh information minister Syed Nasi Hussain Shah told the New York Times.

Ahead of the cell phone shut-off, Pakistanis complained life without a phone would be hard, but said they also feared the vaccine.

“It will be hard for me if I can’t use my phone, but I am very scared about the vaccine,” one worker in Lahore told France24.com in June.

A truck driver in Karachi told the Times no one in his 25-member family will take the jab because he’s heard vaccinated people may die in the coming months.

“I have heard that people, after getting the coronavirus jab, will die within the two years…It is the reason that in our extended family of at least 25 people, no one is willing to vaccinate themselves.”

“You can’t force someone to get vaccinated,” lamented one vaccinated teacher, adding, “It makes me a little suspicious.”

The head of Pakistani’s Young Doctor’s Association, Salman Haseeb, insultingly told AFP he believed the public was too stupid to decide whether the vaccine is good for them, saying, “Pakistan’s education level is low. People are also spreading rumors and misinformation about the vaccines.”

Additionally, the Sindh government has also stopped paying unvaccinated government workers in efforts to pressure them into getting vaccinated.

‘They’re Pouring Across’ New Videos Show the Reality of the ‘Worst Border Crisis in History’ With Haitians Being Dropped at Random Gas Stations

According to a new forecast, more than 1.8 million illegal immigrants are expected to cross the U.S.-Mexico border this year, making it the “worst ever” on record for illegal immigration.

Only around 1 million legal immigrants are processed in an average year, which would mean total immigration for 2021 would be nearly over 3 million people.

The projection from Princeton Policy Advisors showed that a high of 1,864,000 illegal immigrants could cross the southwest border based on current trends and past averages.

It was recently reported that about 50,000 migrants who crossed the southern border illegally in just the past few months have now been released in the United States without a court date according to a recent Axios report.

According to another recent report, border officials are reportedly being warned by the Biden administration to prepare for the processing of more than 1,000 migrant families each day ahead of President Joe Biden’s expected plans to terminate Title 42 by the end of July.

According to Axios, illegal migration is at record highs and more migrants are coming from further away, including Haiti.

One video shows Haitians being dropped off at random gas stations by officials and told to reach their final destination within 60 days and within the interior of the country or face removal.

According to another Axios report, the Biden administration is only deporting around 13% of migrants that illegally cross. This report aligns with statements from border patrol officials which say the Biden administration is only deporting certain single male migrants, while everyone else is processed and gets to stay.

A picture obtained by VDare shows a group of thousands of migrants waiting for processing under the Anzalduas Port of Entry. The line of people reportedly goes all the way down to the riverbank, about a quarter of a mile. The photographer said the weather was around 100 to 105 degrees. 

During a meeting about one Texas facility, a doctor for the U.S. Public Health Service refused to give out information on Covid rates.

“I can’t give you daily numbers and breakouts and graphs and things like that,” he said. “Assume everyone has Covid, act appropriately. … Sorry, it’s not a great answer.”

Earlier this week, La Joya officials confirmed that thousands of COVID-positive migrants have crossed, and many of them are staying at local hotels to quarantine.

According to reports, the Biden administration has spent around $86 million on hotel rooms for migrants as his administration struggles to handle the surge of families and kids trying to come to the US.

The contract is with hotels near the border in Arizona and Texas to hold thousands of migrants, and will allegedly last six months. The deal was made through Endeavors, a non-profit with programs that include housing services and disaster relief.

City officials urged nonprofits to inform local governments when and where COVID-19 “hot spots are created in our communities.”

Migrants pose and smile knowing they will be released without court dates and wont be able to be found thanks to Biden’s catch and release policy.

White House Insider Leaks That Biden’s 2nd Lockdown Announcement Is Being Prepared and It’s BAD

This Morning a White House Official Informed reporters that Biden’s team of handlers is preparing his. speech announcing that the U.S. is re-entering lockdowns and other unscientific restrictions.

President Joe Biden said Friday the US will, “in all probability,” see more guidelines and restrictions amid rising coronavirus cases and the spread of the highly contagious Delta variant.

“And by the way, we had a good day yesterday,” Biden told reporters on the South Lawn of the White House before departing for Camp David, referring to what he said were encouraging numbers of people who got vaccinated Thursday.

Pressed Friday on whether the US is headed for more lockdowns amid rising cases, White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters, “The way we see this is that we have the tools in our tool belt to fight this, this, this variant,”

Biden on Thursday announced a number of new steps his administration will take to try to get more Americans vaccinated, including requiring that all federal employees must attest to being vaccinated against Covid-19 or face strict protocols.

In his sternest approach yet on the issue, the President bluntly argued that if you are unvaccinated, “You present a problem to yourself, to your family and to those with whom you work.”

The federal employee vaccination requirement marked a pivot away from encouraging Americans to get vaccinated in their own time toward placing the onus for the continuing pandemic on unvaccinated individuals.

The administration also announced additional vaccine incentives, such as expanding paid leave for employees who take time off to get themselves and their family members vaccinated. The President called on states, territories and local governments to do more to incentivize vaccination, including offering $100 to Americans for getting vaccinated, paid for with American Rescue Plan funding. Additionally, he asked school districts nationwide to host pop-up vaccination clinics over the coming weeks.

Just 3 days later it is likely Biden’s administration does have plans to soon lockdown the country again.

House Foreign Affairs Committee: U.S. Investigation ‘proves’ COVID leaked from Wuhan lab

COVID-19 leaked from the controversial Wuhan lab sometime before Sept. 12, 2019 — with China’s Communist Party keeping the deadly virus under wraps in the “greatest coverup of all time,” according to a damning Republican investigation into the origins released Monday.

The report showed “a preponderance of the evidence proves that all roads lead” to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the bat-research lab already eyed as a source for the pandemic, according to Rep. Michael McCaul.

“It is our belief the virus leaked sometime in late August or early September 2019,” said McCaul, the lead Republican in the House Foreign Affairs Committee.\“When they realized what happened, Chinese Communist Party officials and scientists at the WIV began frantically covering up the leak, including taking their virus database offline in the middle of the night and requesting more than $1 million for additional security,” McCaul said.

“But their coverup was too late – the virus was already spreading throughout the megacity of Wuhan,” he said of the pandemic that as of Monday has killed at least 4,225,602 people globally.

The report cited “ample evidence” that the lab’s scientists — aided by US experts and Chinese and US government funds — were working to modify coronaviruses to infect humans and such manipulation could be hidden.

“Researchers at the WIV were also able to successfully modify coronaviruses without leaving a trace as early as 2016,” McCaul insisted, citing previous research papers.

The report showed “a preponderance of the evidence proves” that the Wuhan Institute of Virology is where COVID-19 leaked from.

“Therefore it is no longer appropriate for anyone to dismiss the notion this virus could have been genetically modified before it leaked from the WIV,” he said.

Unusual activity was detected as July 2019, the report said, saying that a request was made for a $1.5 million overhaul of a hazardous waste treatment system for the facility, which was less than two years old.

Some of those requests included maintenance on “environmental air disinfection system” and “hazardous waste treatment system” – which would indicate concerns about how these systems meant to prevent lab leaks were functioning, the report states.

There were also “significant concerns about the lax safety protocols” and proof that scientists were conducting gain-of-function research in labs with the same safety protocols as a dentist’s office, the report claims.

The report concluded that the virus escaped “sometime prior to September 12, 2019” — the day that urgent inspections were called for the lab and its viral sequence database disappeared from the internet, said Fox News.

Later that evening, the institute published an announcement for bids for “security services” at the lab “to include gatekeepers, guards, video surveillance, security patrols, and people to handle the ‘registration and reception of foreign personnel,’” according to the report.

Major General Chen Wei, an expert in biology and chemical weapon defenses, took control of the Wuhan Institute’s biosafety level-4 lab in late 2019, according to the report.

Urgent inspections were reportedly called for at the Wuhan Institute of Virology on September 12, 2019.

That timing demonstrates the Chinese Communist Party “was concerned about the activity happening there as news of the virus was spreading,” the Republican report argues.

Satellite imagery of Wuhan in September and October that year showed a significant increase in hospital visits and internet searches for pneumonia-like symptoms now known to be COVID, the report says.

Still, the Military World Games continued that October and some athletes “carried the virus back to their home countries – creating one of the earliest super spreader events in the world,” McCaul said.

The report accuses Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance as well as the Wuhan lab’s “bat woman” lead scientist Shi Zhengli of lying about the origins and dismissing the lab-leak theory as a crackpot conspiracy.

Daszak should be subpoenaed to appear before the House Foreign Affairs Committee to “answer the many questions his inconsistent – and in some instances outright and knowingly inaccurate – statements have raised,” McCaul said.

The report also called for Congress to “sanction scientists at the WIV and CCP officials who participated in this coverup.”

“This was the greatest coverup of all time and has caused the deaths of more than four million people around world, and people must be held responsible,” McCaul said.

Judicial Watch: CDC Coordinated with Facebook On COVID Messaging and ‘Misinformation’; CDC Received Over $3.5 Million in Free Advertising from Social Media Companies

Judicial Watch announced today that it received 2,469 pages of new documents from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which reveal that Facebook coordinated closely with the CDC to control the COVID narrative and “misinformation” and that over $3.5 million in free advertising given to the CDC by social media companies. 

These new documents were received in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Health of Human Services (No. 1:21-cv-00625)) lawsuit for: 

Any and all records of communication between CDC officials and/or employees and employees, agents, and/or representatives of Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube concerning, regarding, or relating to COVID-19 related content on company platforms.  Such records include, but are not limited to, any advice or instructions issued on disinformation re COVID-19.   

The documents show collusion between the CDC and Big Tech on Covid-19 message and misinformation: 

  • In an email exchange beginning on January 26, 2020 with the subject, “Data for Good | CDC intros,” a Facebook representative sends the “FB coronavirus narrative” to the CDC.

Limit misinformation and other harmful content on our platforms.  Our third-party fact-checkers have been rating information on this topic as false, including the AP, Politifact, AFP Hong Kong, Rapple IQ in the Philippines. As a result, we show people who come across that false content accurate information from our fact-checking partners and strong warning labels.  We also send notifications to people who already shared this content alerting them that it’s been fact checked. 

Provide accurate and helpful information on our platforms t our partners. Partners are already using our platforms to share accurate information about the situation, including ono Pages.  We have also provided ad credits to the World Health Organization and the Philippines’ Department of Health to enable them to run coronavirus education campaigns on Facebook in-region, which we will continue to do.  We’re continuing to explore additional steps we can take, including dedicated information modules on relevant search queries and improved search ranking.  

Empower partners with data tools. We’re sharing aggregated mobility data and high resolution density maps with various partners (e.g., National Tsinghua University (Taiwan); Harvard School oof Public Health) to help inform forecasting models for the spread of the virus as part of our broader Data for Good program.  We’re exploring doing this with a broader set of partners (e.g., WHO, US CDC) and also helping partners understand how people are talking about the issue online through tools like Crowdtangle to inform their efforts.  

This email exchange continues on showing more coordination on messaging between the CDC and Facebook.     

  • The CDC was given over $3.5 million of free advertising on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. 
  • In a March 8, 2020 email, a Facebook representative sends four ad credits totaling $2 million to the CDC for the purpose of supporting “messaging related to coronavirus.”  

On March 14, 2020, then-CDC Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer Sherri Berger emails Facebook to thank them for the $2 million.

“On behalf of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and by the authority delegated to me through Section 231 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. Section 238), as amended, thank you for Facebook’s non-monetary gift of advertising credited with an estimated value of $2,000,000.  The gift will be used by CDC’s COVID-19 response to support dissemination of critical public health messaging.  Thank you!”   

  • In an email exchange between August 10-11, 2020, the CDC’s Sherri Berger emails Facebook again to thank them for another $1 million in ad credits with a similar message to that on March 14, except she adds: “This gift will be used by the CDC’s COVID-19 response to distribute scientifically accurate data, guidance and risk communication information on COVID-19 to a broader audience.”  In an email exchange on August 25, 2020, Facebook makes CDC officials aware that of their recent gift of $1 million in ad credits, $529,207.42 remain.  
  • In a heavily redacted email exchange on March 17, 2020, a Twitter official offers the CDC advertising in the form of Twitter’s Promoted Trend and Promoted Spotlight Trend, which have approximate values given as $75,000 and $150,000.
  • In an email exchange beginning March 16, 2020, a Google representative offers the CDC free video advertising on YouTube.  In the exchange, they claim to not be able to assign a dollar value to this advertising.The CDC’s official acceptance document for this advertising, which they value at $0, Sherri Berger states:I understand that Google LLC may be a vendor and/or lobbyist employed and that Google LLC’s employees may be registered lobbyists.  Providing the gift will not prevent Google LLC or its affiliates from supplying products of services to CDC in the future; CDC, however, is under no obligation to accept future services from Google LLC or its affiliates.
  • In a February 27, 2020 email, a Facebook representative offers to put CDC officials in contact with WhatsApp in order to establish auto-responses to FAQs about coronavirus in that communications platform.  

“These documents show that Facebook and the CDC are joined at the hip on managing the ever-changing Covid-19 ‘narrative’ – which includes censorship of alleged ‘misinformation’,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

America as a whole has reached a point where both cases and deaths are lower than they were when the CDC started tracking COVID. The mainstream media doesn’t want to mention this when is endlessly talks about small increases on a micro time scale.

Compared to this time last year we have SIGNIFICANTLY less cases across all age groups.

Even more significant we have almost NO COVID deaths among all age groups. If you’re going to lockdown for COVID at this point you should be locking down for ever anyways because you have a better chance of being killed by lightning or in a car crash. That’s the ironic part though, The government wants you locked down, complacent, and living in fear forever.

Whistleblowers say they were told to downplay Covid outbreak among migrant kids at shelter

At the Fort Bliss migrant shelter in Texas, “hundreds of children contracted Covid in the overcrowded conditions,” whistleblowers said in a complaint filed Wednesday.

Two more whistleblowers have come forward to allege that children were mistreated by contractors and senior federal employee managers at a Department Health and Human Services migrant shelter in Fort Bliss, Texas, earlier this year, and also say HHS told them to downplay hundreds of Covid infections among children held at the facility.

“Covid was widespread among children and eventually spread to many employees. Hundreds of children contracted Covid in the overcrowded conditions. Adequate masks were not consistently provided to children, nor was their use consistently enforced,” the whistleblowers, Arthur Pearlstein and Lauren Reinhold, said in a federal whistleblower complaint filed Wednesday

But at the end of their service, they said, federal detailees were regularly given written instructions from HHS public affairs that told them, “when asked, to make everything sound positive about the Fort Bliss experience and to play down anything negative.”

At a town hall with employees, a senior manager from the U.S. Public Health Service refused to share the rate of infections, explaining that he did not want the number to end up reported by the media, they said.

Pearlstein and Reinhold are federal employees who volunteered to be detailed to the shelter when the Biden administration ramped up staffing to accommodate the influx of unaccompanied children crossing the border by building emergency intake shelters like Fort Bliss and others.

NBC News previously reported that Servpro, a company that specializes in disaster cleanup and has no child welfare experience, oversaw the care of nearly 5,000 children in Ft. Bliss in early May and June.

In their complaint, which was filed by lawyers from the Government Accountability Project, Pearlstein and Reinhold said two other contractors in addition to Servpro — Chenega Corporation and Rapid Deployment Inc. — also handled the close to $1 billion in contracts the federal government paid to operate Fort Bliss. None of the three companies had child care experience and they did not properly vet applicants to be sure they had relevant experience, they said.

As a result, federal detailees with no background in child psychology were asked to interview more than 5,000 children to assess whether they needed special attention due to a history of abuse or exposure to sex or labor trafficking. It was not clear from the complaint which company or government manager made the decision to staff the interviews with inexperienced workers.

“They did their level best, flagging those who required special attention,” Pearlstein and Reinhold said. Only after assessing over 5,000 children were the workers reassigned because management determined they were not “qualified to do clinical assessment.”

Neither Chenega Corporation nor Rapid Deployment Inc. responded to requests for comment.

A spokesperson for Servpro previously said a franchise holder operated the contract and the company “immediately advised the franchise operator that these are not approved Servpro offerings.”

“We have been informed by the franchise operator that it is no longer providing these services through the Servpro franchise,” Servpro spokeswoman Kim Brooks said July 7.

Spokespeople for HHS as well as U.S. Public Health Service, a division of HHS, did not respond to requests for comment.

In response to previous allegations about Fort Bliss, a spokesperson for HHS said the agency takes its “humanitarian mission and the well-being of children in our care seriously.”

“HHS has taken action to improve the conditions at Fort Bliss and at all Emergency Intake Sites. Children are receiving nutritionally appropriate meals and there are now 60 mental health professionals on site at Fort Bliss and counselors at all other emergency intake sites,” the spokesperson said July 7.

Pearlstein and Reinhold also said the contractors gave children false hopes of reuniting with family members only to pull them back at the last minute, even taking children out of lines for buses and off airplanes before takeoff.

They also alleged there was widespread lice in girls’ tents that was left untreated. And in May, they said, there were riots in some of the boys’ tents.

“Ms. Reinhold witnessed security contractors surrounding a tent during one incident. Detailees were never briefed about the riots or trained on how to act in the event a riot broke out,” the complaint said.

They were not specific about which company was to blame for giving children false hope, manage lice outbreaks or riot response.

Pearlstein and Reinhold said they voiced their concern to Chenega about children having no clean underwear.

“The problem persisted for weeks and months,” they said. “Each time the answer was that the shipments had not come in.”

Chenega employees told Pearlstein and Reinhold they were aware of the problem, but they were discouraged by a senior federal manager from purchasing underwear for children on their own with federal business credit cards.

The data posted online, which are expected to be discussed in a company earnings call on Wednesday morning, suggest that antibody levels against the Delta variant in people ages 18 to 55 who receive a third dose of vaccine are greater than five-fold than following a second dose.

Among people ages 65 to 85, the Pfizer data suggest that antibody levels against the Delta variant after receiving a third dose of vaccine are greater than 11-fold than following a second dose.

There’s “estimated potential for up to 100-fold increase in Delta neutralization post-dose three compared to pre-dose three,” researchers wrote in the Pfizer data slides.

The data have not yet been peer-reviewed or published.

The data also show that antibody levels are much higher after a third dose than a second dose against the original coronavirus variant and the Beta variant, first identified in South Africa.

Former President Donald Trump blasted mask mandates, vowing “We won’t go back!” after the CDC performed a u-turn in recommending face coverings for indoor settings and K-12 schools regardless of vaccination status.

On Tuesday, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said that children and teachers should all be wearing face coverings when they return to school in the fall.

Whether they’re vaccinated or not, all Americans living in locations where coronavirus transmission is either “substantial” or “high” should wear masks in indoor settings, according to Walensky. That currently applies to about 63.45 percent of US counties.

The u-turn was made despite data from other countries such as the UK showing the delta variant to cause a brief rise in cases before quickly falling without the need for more draconian mask mandates.

Donald Trump savaged the reintroduction of mask mandates and and basically urged Americans to ignore them.

“We won’t go back. We won’t mask our children. Joe Biden and his Administration learned nothing from the last year,” said Trump.

“Brave Americans learned how to safely and responsibly live and fight back. Don’t surrender to COVID. Don’t go back! Why do Democrats distrust the science? Don’t let this happen to our children or our Country,” he added.

Face masks are being mandated once again despite their dubious efficacy.

Indeed, Anthony Fauci himself said at the start of the pandemic that a typical store-bought face mask “is not really effective in keeping out virus, which is small enough to pass through material.”

According to Dr Colin Axon, a SAGE advisor for the government, the material gaps in blue surgical masks are 1,000 larger than COVID virus particles, which pass right through them, while gaps in cloth masks can be up to 500,000 times larger than the virus particle.

A study in Denmark involving 6,000 participants found that “there was no statistically significant difference between those who wore masks and those who did not when it came to being infected by Covid-19,” the Spectator reported.

Open discrimination against the unvaccinated is also now intensifying, with Biden yesterday suggesting such people were stupid, commenting, “If you’re not vaccinated you’re not nearly as smart as I thought you were.”

President Biden said Tuesday he is considering requiring all federal employees to be vaccinated and questioned the intelligence of those who have yet to do so. 

“Will you require all federal employees to get vaccinated?” Biden was asked by a reporter after he spoke to members of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

“That’s under consideration right now, but if you’re not vaccinated you’re not nearly as smart as I thought you were,” Biden replied, adding, “We have a pandemic because of the unvaccinated, and they’re sowing enormous confusion.”

The Biden administration had previously opposed federal agencies requiring employees to be vaccinated and said last week that White House staff is not being forced to take the vaccine. 

During his speech to members of the intelligence community, Biden praised the team for their important work while warning of the threats posed by China and Russia, particularly the threat of cyberattacks.

DOJ DECLARES VACCINE MANDATES LEGAL

“If we end up in a war, a real shooting war, with a major power, it’s going to be as a consequence of a cyber breach,” Biden said.

Biden had strong words for Russian President Vladimir Putin and said he “knows he’s in real trouble” economically.

CDC Says Vaccinated People Should Mask Up and Stay Inside Again As More Science Shows Vaccinated People Are By Far Getting Sick More

The CDC reverses course Again: Fully vaccinated Americans are now asked to wear masks indoors in places with “substantial or high” transmission (including schools) again.

CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky says “new data” shows “breakthrough cases” of vaccinated individuals can have as much virus to shed and spread as an unvaccinated person.

This comes as even Liberal CBS admits today vaccinated people are getting sick more than unvaccinated people. Further shedding doubt on the effectiveness on the experimental vaccine based on technology that was scrapped from adverse side effects.

A new analysis finds several counties with above-average vaccination rates also have higher COVID case rates, while case rates are falling in counties with below-average vaccination rates.

Statewide data analyzed by the Bay Area News Group found five counties, Los Angeles, San Diego, Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Francisco, have both a higher percentage of people who are fully vaccinated than the state average and a higher average daily case rate.

Compare that to these five counties: Modoc, Glenn, Lassen, Del Norte, and San Benito, which have below-average vaccination rates and decreasing case rates.

Something really odd is going on: In Europe we are seeing surges at many places where most of the population has already been vaccinated. At the same time, the 15 least vaccinated countries don‘t seem to face any problem. At some point, denying this problem will get painful.
