Liberals Are Spreading Racist Misinformation About Texas Curriculum HERE ARE THE FACTS

Texas GOP lawmaker refutes claims his bill would drop Ku Klux Klan, civil rights, and women’s suffrage from curriculum

The author of a Texas bill that would restrict the teaching of critical race theory in schools said claims that his bill would strip lessons on the Ku Klux Klan, civil rights, and other topics from the state curriculum were outright false.

Sen. Bryan Hughes (R) responded to critics of his bill on “The Glenn Beck Radio Program” Wednesday, explaining that the legislation he’s offering would not make a single change to requirements in Texas administrative code for the teaching of slavery, the civil rights movement, the Ku Klux Klan, and other topics Republicans have been accused of trying to “cancel” by passing bills banning critical race theory in schools.

“Anyone can go to Chapter 113, of the Texas administrative code. That’s where our curriculum elements are found,” Hughes told BlazeTV host Glenn Beck. “Chapter 113, Texas administrative code. That’s before my bill. That’s after my bill. It’s still there, and you will find many specific references to difficult subjects, like slavery, the Ku Klux Klan, eugenics. Things like the women’s suffrage movement. A lot of that, Dr. King, we adore and look up to Dr. King so much. You’ll find many references to him, to Susan B. Anthony, to the civil rights movement. The underground railroad. The very things — the very things that we’re accused of removing — are specifically set out in the curriculum standards today.”

Hughes’ bill, S.B. 3, is legislation that would follow-up and amend a House bill signed into law by Gov. Greg Abbott (R) in May that restricts the teaching of critical race theory in schools. The law specifically prohibits teaching that one race or sex is inherently superior to another; that an individual, by virtue of race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously; that an individual bears responsibility for actions committed in the past by other members of their race or sex; that the advent of slavery in the United States constituted the true founding of the nation; and other tenets of critical race theory that Republicans across the nation have sought to remove from school curriculums.

The House bill that became law was amended by Democrats to require teaching “the history of white supremacy, including but not limited to the institution of slavery, the eugenics movement, and the Ku Klux Klan, and the ways in which it is morally wrong,” along with readings related to “the civic accomplishments of marginalized populations,” including Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech and writings by Susan B. Anthony.

The Senate bill would amend the law to remove several of the specific requirements Democrats added, a change that Hughes explained was requested by teachers and the State Board of Education, who asked for the law to cover broad topics and let schools decide which specific documents they should teach.

But a report from the Huffington Post seized on S.B. 3 and accused Republicans of trying to “eliminate a requirement that public schools teach that the Ku Klux Klan and its white supremacist campaign of terror are ‘morally wrong.'”

The report said that the “cut is among some two dozen curriculum requirements dropped from the new measure, along with studying Martin Luther King Jr.’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech, the works of United Farm Workers leader Cesar Chavez, Susan B. Anthony’s writings about the women’s suffragist movement, and Native American history.”

What followed was a wave of backlash and outrage from journalists on social media falsely accusing Republicans of trying to ban teaching about the Ku Klux Klan.

“We’ve dealt with media bias for a long time. Everybody gets that. But to falsely state objective facts, and to do it again and again. And to have this echo chamber … it is remarkable.” Hughes said.

He told Beck that what S.B. 3 actually does is “teach our students to judge people, based on the content of their character, not the color of their skin.”

“It specifically says, in Texas public schools we do not teach that one race is inherently superior to another. That one sex is inherently superior. It specifically rejects white supremacy, or any racial supremacy. Or inferiority. It also says, one race — members of one race are not inherently racist, and unable to overcome their racism,” Hughes said.

“Do we have problems in America’s past? Of course. And we teach American history. And Texas history. Good, bad, and ugly. But we teach our students how we overcome it, by coming together as Americans, not by being racists,” he added.

The lawmaker went on to criticize critical race theory as a “toxic, evil doctrine” that “attacks the very heart of the American dream.”

“In critical race theory, they’re teaching little white children that they should feel guilty about bad acts by previous generations of white folks,” he said. “Even worse, they’re telling little children, from the Nordic communities, little black children, brown children. They’re telling them, oh, you can never make it in America. It’s so against you. You’ll always be second class.

“What a horrible message to teach those children. Let’s teach them, that we can all succeed. Are there problems? Yes. We’ll overcome them as Americans. But everyone gets a chance. Everyone can succeed in America. And critical race theory, as you said, undermines, the very heart of the American dream.”

Biden Has Nominated The Person That Hosted His First Fundraiser And Gave Him His First Donation As Ambassador to Canada

David L. Cohen is an American businessman, attorney, and lobbyist in Pennsylvania. He is Senior Advisor to the CEO at Comcast Corporation. Until January 1, 2020, he was Senior Executive Vice President and chief lobbyist for Comcast.

David L Cohen on nomination to be ambassador to Canada (via WH): “I am honored to be nominated as ambassador to Canada, and thank President Biden for the opportunity to serve my country and to represent him.” (fuller comment attached)

Cohen was host of the first funder for Biden’s campaign – on the day the former VP announced in 2019 he would run for president. Clearly this deal was cut from the start. The Biden crime family never stops profiting.

President Biden plans to nominate David L. Cohen, an executive with Comcast Corp. , to serve as U.S. ambassador to Canada, and Victoria Reggie Kennedy, an attorney and the widow of the late Massachusetts Sen. Edward Kennedy, to serve as the top U.S. diplomat to Austria.

A third nominee announced Wednesday, Jamie Harpootlian, a Columbia, S.C., attorney, is slated to serve as U.S. ambassador to Slovenia. Mrs. Harpootlian is the wife of state Sen. Richard Harpootlian, a top South Carolina political ally and fundraiser for Mr. Biden.

The other two nominees also have deep ties to the president.

Mr. Cohen, a senior adviser to Comcast Chief Executive Brian Roberts, hosted Mr. Biden’s first 2020 campaign fundraiser at his Philadelphia home in April 2019. A longtime Philadelphia business executive and attorney, Mr. Cohen previously served as chief of staff to then-Philadelphia Mayor Ed Rendell. Mr. Rendell later served as Pennsylvania governor.

Mr. Biden served alongside Mr. Kennedy in the Senate for more than three decades and eulogized the late senator following his death in 2009.

Ms. Kennedy is a senior counsel to Greenberg Traurig LLP and is president of the board of the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate. She is the founder of a gun-control advocacy organization called Common Sense about Kids and Guns.

Mr. Biden has made a number of ambassador nominations in recent weeks, including former Republican Sen. Jeff Flake to Turkey and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti to India. But many nominees haven’t yet been announced, including to posts in the United Kingdom, China, Japan and the European Union.

Democrats Down Bad: Rural Democrat Candidates Stop Using Party Affiliation in Ads Because Of Biden’s Utter Failure

How bad are things for Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections? So bad that some of them don’t include your party’s ID in their ads.

This is happening specifically in rural areas. You know, places where a lot of Trump voters live.

Do Democrats think people won’t realize who they are?

Democrats running for elected office in the House and Senate from rural America are starting to depart from using party identification in their ads in hopes of attracting more voters.

This means many candidates for office are running against the platform of their own party, according to Axios. Since the 2020 election, the Democrats in both chambers of Congress have had a wafer-thin majority, and the Republicans are looking to overtake them in the fast-approaching midterms next year.

Since former President Donald Trump talked about rural Americans throughout his entire presidency and on the campaign trail, Democrats in those places now feel “reflexively distrustful of progressive solutions to everything from the pandemic to infrastructure.”

Democrat Rep. Tim Ryan (OH), running for one of Ohio’s Senate seats, released a campaign ad roughly three minutes long. The Democrat did not mention his party affiliation once.

According to the report, Democrat strategists from rural states have advised the candidates to avoid using “fancy” language and to focus on populist economic policies.

“Several consultants insisted that Democratic policies — on labor rights, broadband, climate and infrastructure — are popular in rural areas. It’s the messaging that’s causing heartburn,” the report added.

Democrat candidate Monica Tranel is looking to pick up the new congressional seat in Montana next year. However, Tranel, in her ad, declared: “So many people I grew up with don’t vote for Democrats anymore.”

She also said, “They feel like Democrats look down on rural America.” Montana’s only congressional seat has gone to a Republican since 1997.

Zac McCrary, a Democrat pollster and partner at ALG Research, told Axios, the recent moves made by President Joe Biden on “infrastructure” and the “child tax credit” are “consistent with traditional, economic, Democratic populism that has real currency in rural areas.”

However, he also mentioned that candidates in vulnerable districts “need to have an answer to the question: What makes you different from a lot of the other Democrats?”

The report added that some Democrats in leadership have always warned that using certain language only hurts candidates. Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) has discouraged from using “defund the police.”

Below is Tim Ryan’s Ad with no mention of party

Only when you get to Tim Ryan’s donation page and do some reading will you learn he is a democrat pawn.

Lori Lightfoot Is Strengthening Gangs While Weakening Police For Her Own Gain. Gang Members Now Outnumber Chicago PD 10 to 1

Police retirements on track to be the largest exit in department history as citywide bloodshed explodes

Amid nationwide calls to defund police departments and a rise in crime in major cities, the number of Chicago cops that have retired this year has already surpassed all of the retirements in 2018 and are on track to be the highest number in the department’s history.

The figures come from the police pension board, as reported by the Chicago Sun-Times. It shows that between January and June, some 363 officers called it quits, and another 56 were expected to retire this month.

“We are on track, I believe to have one of the highest retirement numbers in the city’s history,” Ald. Ray Lopez told the newspaper.

Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera, citing Superintendent David Brown and Mayor Lori Lightfoot’, wrote that the city’s roughly 117,000 gang members outnumber the city’s 13,000 police officers by roughly 10 to 1.

“To me, the miracle in Chicago isn’t that 11 were killed this weekend and 19 the weekend before, it’s that it was not worse than that,” Rivera later said to Fox News Digital, elaborating on his earlier comments.

He blamed the push to keep police officers from enforcing the law for enabling the type of environment that leads to 117,000 gang members like in Chicago.

“All you can do with this defund the police nonsense is ignore the fact that you are essentially assigning a third-world existence to a huge segment of the population all in the name of anti-racism,” Rivera said.

Meanwhile, Fox News’ Gianno Caldwell, a Chicago native, said residents are losing trust in the leadership of Mayor Lori Lightfoot as well as in city officials’ ability to protect its residents.

“Considering that we have had two weekends this year with over 100 people shot in Chicago, I would say the city is in war zone status,” Caldwell said in a statement.

Police leaders nationwide have said they are struggling with the increase in shootings and homicides. They’re grappling with retirements and fewer staff and a difficulty in recruiting officers to help push back.

President Joe Biden on Monday met at the White House with urban leaders — including Eric Adams, the heavy favorite to be the next mayor of New York City — to tackle increased shootings, as Democrats warily watch a surge across the nation.

Though limited to what can be done at the federal level, Biden promised to support efforts on the ground to combat crime.

“We know when we utilize trusted community members and encourage more community policing, we can intervene before the violence erupts,” the president said.

After the meeting, Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown tweeted, “we need a sense of urgency right now so we can save lives and serious consequences for those driving gun violence in our cities.”

Democrats are allowing gang violence to flourish in their cities so they can push anti-gun propaganda.

The meeting was the second in just three weeks. Big city mayors and lawmakers have sounded the alarm on the rise in crime, believed partly fueled by destabilizing forces of the pandemic, and polls suggest it is an increasing matter of concern for many Americans.

Proof Fauci Knew About, Funded, and Planned the Pandemic #FauciLiedPeopleDied

In a sensational disclosure, it has been revealed that Dr Anthony Fauci, the top medical advisor to the United States, had strongly supported experimenting on contagious viruses and believed that manipulating and heightening their infectious potency weighed more than the risk of a laboratory accident sparking a pandemic, reports The Australian.

According to the reports, Dr Fauci had previously supported the contentious experiments calling them “important work,” despite apprehensions that such experiments may cause risks of lab leaks and lead to a major public health crisis, just as it is alleged to have happened in the case of Covid-19.

An investigation carried out by The Weekend Australian has also confirmed Dr Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, failed to alert senior White House officials before lifting the ban on such “gain-of-function” research in 2017.

Wuhan lab was conducting research to enhance the ability of coronavirus with US funds: Reports

A multinational group of 15 scientists working at the Wuhan Institute had received $600,000 of US public funds between 2015 and 2020 to investigate whether coronaviruses posed a risk to humans. The National Institutes of Health, under which the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases functions, had reportedly funded coronavirus experiments in Wuhan, China, in the years leading up to the pandemic.

In his research paper written in the American Society for Microbiology in October 2012, Dr Fauci had acknowledged the controversial scientific research could spark a pandemic.

“In an unlikely but conceivable turn of events, what if that scientist becomes infected with the virus, which leads to an outbreak and ultimately triggers a pandemic?” he wrote.

Continuing, Fauci had stated, “Many ask reasonable questions: given the possibility of such a scenario – however remote – should the initial experiments have been performed and/or published in the first place, and what were the processes involved in this decision? Scientists working in this field might say – as indeed I have said – that the benefits of such experiments and the resulting knowledge outweigh the risks.”

Further, defending such experiments, Fauci had written saying that it was more likely that a pandemic would occur in nature, and the need to stay ahead of such a threat is a primary reason for performing an experiment that might appear to be risky.

In the paper, Dr. Fauci also wrote, “Within the research community, many have expressed concern that important research progress could come to a halt just because of the fear that someone, somewhere, might attempt to replicate these experiments sloppily. This is a valid concern.”

The “gain-of-function” experiments, often carried out on bat-derived coronaviruses, revolves around manipulating, splicing, and recombining viruses to potentially obtain strains of highly infectious pathogens resistant to current treatment methods.

However, this type of research carries the risk of causing a pandemic. In 2014, realizing the danger, the Obama administration had seized all the funding for such ‘gain-of-function experiments’ in 22 fields, including those involving SARS, influenza, and MERS.

In his paper, Dr. Fauci also wrote that virologists needed to respect that there are genuine and legitimate concerns about this type of research, both domestically and globally.

“We cannot expect those who have these concerns to simply take us, the scientific community, at our word that the benefits of this work outweigh the risks, nor can we ignore their calls for greater transparency, their concerns about conflicts of interest, and their efforts to engage in a dialogue about whether these experiments should have been performed in the first place,” Dr Fauci wrote.

Dr Fauci had added, “Those of us in the scientific community who believe in the merits of this work have the responsibility to address these concerns thoughtfully and respectfully.”

“If we want to continue this important work, we collectively need to do a better job of articulating the scientific rationale for such experiments well before they are performed and provide discussion about the potential risk to public health, however remote,” he wrote in 2012.

Experts had opposed such experiments

In 2014, two years after Dr Fauci’s paper, prominent scientists, including the Cambridge Working Group of 200 researchers, had issued a public warning against funding such ‘gain of function’ research.

“Accident risks with newly created ‘potential pandemic pathogens’ raise grave new concerns,” the group’s letter read, adding that laboratory creation of highly transmissible, novel strains of dangerous viruses, especially but not limited to influenza, poses substantially increased risks.

The letter read, “An accidental infection in such a setting could trigger outbreaks that would be difficult or impossible to control. Historically, new strains of influenza, once they establish transmission in the human population, have infected a quarter or more of the world’s population within two years.”

In 2015, Steven Salzberg of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine said the benefits of gain-of-function research were “minimal at best” and can be achieved far more safely through other avenues of research.

“I am very concerned that the continuing gain-of-function research on influenza viruses, and more recently on other viruses, present extremely serious risks to the public health,” he wrote.

Dr Fauci had resumed his coronavirus research, kept Trump administration in dark

In December 2017, the National Institute of Health, of which the NIAID is a part, announced that it would resume funding the “gain-of-function” research in Wuhan Institute of Virology.

However, the NIH did not communicate the same to the Trump administration and instead kept the administration in the dark. Officials who worked in the Trump administration have disclosed that Dr Fauci had not raised the issue of restarting the research funding with senior figures in the White House.

“I think there’s truth in the narrative that the (National Security Council) staff, the president, the White House chief-of-staff, those people were in the dark that he was switching back on the research,” said an official.

Neither Mike Pompeo, the then director of the Central Intelligence Agency nor National Security Council member Matthew Pottinger were briefed by Dr. Fauci and his team concerning the resumption of “gain-of-function” experiments in Wuhan, as per the report in The Australian.

Fauci Also made many claims that the Trump administration would deal with an epidemic. Pretty good guess when you’re secretly funding gain-of-function research in China.

Fauci’s role in funding dangerous experiments in China under scrutiny

Dr Fauci, who has led the US response to the outbreak, is currently facing serious questions about his role in funding the radical experiments that were being conducted inside the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Until recently, Fauci said it is “highly likely” that the coronavirus has a natural origin. Fauci has since publicly shifted his tone, acknowledging in recent days that the virus may indeed have come from a lab.

On May 11, Fauci reversed his position on whether Covid-19 had leaked from the WIV and said he was now “not convinced” the virus had developed naturally and authorities needed to find out “exactly what happened.”

Meanwhile, the NIH has also come under significant criticism in recent weeks over funding WIV research relating to such “gain-on-function” experiments. Dr Fauci had denied carrying out such research inside WIV. Earlier this month, he told a US Senate hearing that the NIH “has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the WIV.”

However, research papers that were published last year in American peer-reviewed academic journals, written by the likes of prominent virologist Shi Zhengli, had disclosed that work on coronaviruses had been funded by at least three NIH grants.

At the time of Dr. Fauci’s research paper, there was a voluntary ban on “gain-of-function” research related to highly infectious influenza viruses. He had also asked what would happen if the experiments were conducted by the lab not subject to adequate safety regulations.

Earlier, it was revealed that Peter Daszak, a leading scientist whose organization EcoHealth Alliance had funded the coronavirus research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, had thanked Dr Anthony Fauci for downplaying the theory the coronavirus may have leaked from a lab.

Image

Peter Daszak, the president of EcoHealth Alliance, a research group that secured a grant to perform coronavirus research in Wuhan before the pandemic, had written a mail to Dr Fauci to say a “personal thank you” on behalf of his staff and collaborators after the latter had dismissed the idea that the pandemic started due to a lab accident in Wuhan.

The exchange between Daszak and Fauci was part of more than 3,200 pages of Fauci’s emails that media outlets obtained through the Freedom of Information Act and posted online on Tuesday.

Fauci Is Even On Video Defending Gain-Of-Function From Critics in 2013

Dr. Anthony Fauci argues for gain-of-function research in 2013. He presents a slide from a New York Times editorial “An Engineered Doomsday” which pointed out if a virus escaped a lab it could kill millions. He claims safeguards have been put in place to prevent that.

Harvey Weinstein indicted for allegedly sexually assaulting 5 MORE women, LA County DA announces

LOS ANGELES — Convicted rapist and Clinton Operative Harvey Weinstein has been indicted on charges that he sexually assaulted five women in separate incidents that span nearly a decade, the Los Angeles County district attorney announced Wednesday. Why is everyone around the Clintons so involved in illegal sex networks?

“Anyone who abuses their power and influence to prey upon others will be brought to justice,” District Attorney George Gascón said in a statement.

Weinstein made his initial court appearance on Wednesday morning after being extradited from New York. He pleaded not guilty to four counts each of forcible rape and forcible oral copulation, two counts of sexual battery by restraint and one count of sexual penetration by use of force, the DA’s office said.

Weinstein is charged with raping a woman at a hotel between September 2004 and September 2005, according to a news release. He also is accused of raping another woman on two separate occasions in November 2009 and November 2010 at a hotel in Beverly Hills.

A grand jury returned the indictment on March 15. The former Hollywood producer is scheduled to return to court on July 29.

New York prison officials handed over Weinstein for transport to California on Tuesday to face additional sexual assault charges, ending his protracted fight to delay his extradition.

Weinstein, 69, was released by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision at about 9:25 a.m., a department statement said.

His spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, said Weinstein’s lawyers had still been trying to negotiate an extradition waiver.

“We will be fighting so that Harvey can receive his needed medical care and of course, so that he can be treated fairly,” Engelmayer said in defense of the rapist. “Due process, presumption of innocence and a fair trial are all still his right.”

Swalwell spent THOUSANDS of campaign dollars on booze and Partying

Prominent Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California appears to have spent tens of thousands of campaign dollars on booze and limousine services, as well as over $20,000 at the luxury hotel where his wife used to work.

The tens of thousands of campaign dollars include limo services, luxury hotels, high-end restaurants and alcohol delivery services over the course of the second quarter, according to FEC records reviewed by Fox News.

The California congressman appears to have been driven in style with his FEC records showing the campaign spending over $10,000 on 26 rides from various limousine and luxury car services. Swalwell’s campaign also spent over $26,000 on luxury hotels.

More than $20,000 of the campaign funds that were spent at luxury hotels went to the Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay, where Swalwell’s wife was the director of sales of the hotel according to her LinkedIn profile until 2019.

The California congressman dropped $566 on “Food & Beverage” through the alcohol delivery service Drizly in nine separate orders ranging from $5.79 to $124.86. Additionally, Swalwell spent $1,151 on “Refreshments” from seven trips to Capitol Hill Wine and Spirits, a liquor store local to the House side of the U.S. Capitol, and almost $4,400 at two California wineries on the same day for “Catering” and “Refreshments.”

While the payments to the wineries could have come from a campaign event, it is not clear that the seven charges at the Capitol Hill liquor store and nine Drizly charges were campaign-related.

The FEC records reveal the California Democrat’s campaign spent over $7,000 at luxury restaurants and steakhouses in D.C. In addition, Swalwell appears to have sat down for 13 in-person meals at Charlie Palmer Steak, O-Ku Sushi, STK Steakhouse at the Downtown New York City location and other high-end eateries.

How a suspected Chinese spy gained access to California politics - Axios

Six expenditures listed as “Catering” on the FEC website showed Swalwell spent thousands of dollars on food at luxury restaurants, but those expenditures could also come from campaign events held in the capital.

Additionally, in a filing listed under “Supporter Appreciations,” Swalwell spent $205 on the website The Knot, where people list their wedding registries.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Swalwell, along with his wife, and other members of Congress traveled to Qatar on an all expenses-paid trip bankrolled by U.S.-Qatar Business Council, which is “dedicated exclusively to enhancing the bilateral business relationship between the U.S. and Qatar.”

Swalwell’s campaign did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment on the expenditures.

Analysis: FBI Devised and Recruited A Group In Kidnapping Plot Against Gov. Whitmer In Order To “Get As Many Guys As Possible” Involved

  • FBI Payed informant over $50,000 to begin devising the plot
  • FBI wanted to incriminate “As Many Guys As Possible”
  • FBI Bought and payed for meals and hotel rooms to incentivize defendants to go along
  • 1st and 2nd in command of kidnapping group were FBI Informants

FBI informants were involved in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot to kidnap Michigan’s governor Whitmer, starting with its inception. At least 12 FBI informants and undercover FBI agents were involved with gathering information against the anti-government militia members who allegedly planned to kidnap Whitmer.

The months-long investigation eventually led to the arrest of 14 individuals in connection to the plot to kidnap Whitmer, and 13 of them have pleaded not guilty.

The defendants claimed that the FBI-connected individuals often encouraged militia members to engage in the planning process and other criminal activities, and facilitated some of these interactions, according to Buzzfeed. From the defendants’ perspective, the informants and undercover agents were crucial pieces to the alleged plot. The defense further argued claimed that without the FBI’s influence, there may have never been a conspiracy to allegedly kidnap the governor, according to BuzzFeed.

One of these informants, a man from Wisconsin, reportedly planned meet-ups for the anti-government militia members, even paying for hotel rooms and food to incentivize some of these militia members. The earliest versions of the plan to take Whitmer hostage began at those meetings.

Another informant, a veteran of the Iraq War named “Dan,” infiltrated a militia group based out of Michigan so successfully that he became second-in-command.

Dan, who then worked at a post office outside Flint, became an informant for the FBI after he joined a Facebook group called the Wolverine Watchmen. At the time, Dan, 33, was searching for a community of individuals who loved the Second Amendment and guns as much as he does. The Watchmen described themselves as “a group of Patriots,” looking to “recruit like-minded individuals,” according to court documents. Before Dan was able to enter the group, he had to answer a series of screening questions, BuzzFeed reported.

A message on the group’s Facebook page encouraged Dan to download an encrypted messaging app called Wire, court documents show. After he joined the app, there were another series of questions regarding his political views. He told the group he was a libertarian, believed in small government and had sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution, according to court documents, and was given access to the Wolverine Watchmen’s main chat on Wire. below are some of the messages and photos sent by both the FBI and the defendants in the chats.

Dan was shocked at the extremism of some members; he told a friend, who was a local police officer, about the group. A few days after alerting his police officer friend, Dan received a text from FBI Special Agent Jayson Chambers, who invited him to come to the FBI’s office in Flint, court documents read.

Chambers and his partner Henrik Impola were both members of the FBI’s counter-terrorism unit. They asked Dan to go undercover as an informant, according to BuzzFeed. Dan warily agreed to become an FBI informant because he felt law enforcement was in serious danger. While their initial discussion did not discuss payment, Dan was eventually given $24,000 and a new car from the FBI, court documents said.

Dan eventually rose in the militia’s chain of command, and allegedly directed his militia members to coordinate with other persons of interest, and paid for some of the transportation costs to and from meetings, according to BuzzFeed. Dan allegedly encouraged the mastermind behind Whitmer’s kidnapping to keep the plan moving forward, only to help authorities spring the trap that would lead to several of the alleged conspirators’ arrests, BuzzFeed reported.

For six months, Dan wore a wire and gathered hundreds of hours of recordings for the FBI, according to BuzzFeed.

“Everybody down with what’s going on?” Dan said as a group of the militia members took part in a recon mission around Birch Lake near Whitmers’ vacation cottage, according to court documents.

As one of the militia’s leaders, Dan was reportedly able to bring in another Wolverine Watchmen member, an undercover FBI Agent by the name “Red,” court documents claimed. Red was a supposed explosives expert that could help the group get the explosives they needed to blow up a bridge near Birch Lake that would inhibit law enforcement’s ability to respond to the kidnapping, and give them enough time to escape with the governor, court documents showed. Red claimed that $4,000 worth of C-4 would be enough to destroy the Elk River bridge. The men agreed to raise enough funds to purchase the explosives.

Another FBI informant, who went by the name Mark, was also able to infiltrate the group. Mark joined through 37-year-old Adam Fox, one of the men indicted in the alleged conspiracy, after a woman posing as Mark’s girlfriend told Fox’s then-fiancé they were looking to join the militia group, court documents show. Mark was among those present during the recon mission at Birch Lake.

The alleged plan, months in the making, would be foiled by the FBI just three weeks later, BuzzFeed reported. On Oct. 7, 2020, Dan picked up four other militiamen on the way to meet with Red to purchase the explosives. The men were far short of the $4,000 Red said was needed to purchase th.e C-4, but upon arriving to the rendezvous, the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team was waiting to arrest the men

A number of other alleged co-conspirators were arrested in Michigan, South Carolina and New Jersey, BuzzFeed’s report said.

Eight members of the Wolverine Watchmen have been charged by the state of Michigan in the alleged kidnapping attempt. Paul Bellar, 21, Shawn Fix, 38, Eric Molitor, 36, Michael Null, 38, William Null, 38, Pete Musico, 42, Joseph Morrison, 26, and Brian Higgins, 51, face a variety of charges, ranging from firearm to terrorism-related charges, according to CNN.

Six individuals, Fox, Ty Garbin, 24, Kaleb Franks, 26, Daniel Harris, 23, Brandon Caserta, 32, and Barry Croft, 44, have been charged by the federal government for conspiring to kidnap Whitmer, CNN reported.

Prosecutors say the thousands of social media posts, 400,000 text messages, and over 1,300 hours of recordings prove that those arrested and charged in the alleged plot to kidnap Whitmer were not just expressing anti-government sentiments. They say that the defendants took concrete steps to accomplish their alleged mission, according to BuzzFeed.

Defendants counterclaim they were targeted for their political views. The communications that prosecutors believe prove there was a criminal conspiracy to kidnap the governor, they argue, are actually constitutionally protected forms of speech, BuzzFeed reported.

Some of the defendantsallege the investigation was a premeditated campaign from the government to undermine their movement. One defendant has even gone so far as to formally accuse the government of entrapment based on the actions of the FBI’s undercover agents and informants. Other defendants said they will pursue similar actions in court as the defendants’ various cases in federal and state courts are set to begin as early as October, according to BuzzFeed.

Below is texts between the FBI showing they were trying to expand and get as many involved as possible.

Below is a response from the defendants showing the FBI trying to set up as many people as possible.

Now one of the FBI agents involved in the case has recently been charged with assaulting his wife

An FBI agent who testified about an alleged plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is facing an assault charge, according to court records.

Richard Trask appeared in a Kalamazoo court Monday and was released. Online records show the alleged offense occurred Sunday.

The court file doesn’t list a defense attorney yet, according to the clerk’s office.

“In accordance with FBI policy, the incident is subject to internal review, and I cannot comment further at this time,” Detroit FBI spokeswoman Mara Schneider said.

“It’s the last thing you want for a major case like this,” said Andy Arena, former head of the FBI office in Detroit. “Any time you give the defense any ammunition it’s not good.”

Trask can’t carry a gun while he’s out on bond, The Detroit News reported.

“If you can’t carry a weapon, then you’re not going to work as a street agent,” Arena told the newspaper. “He’s going to be suspended or put on restricted duty.”

EmailGate 2: Joe Biden used ILLEGAL private email to send government information to Hunter

In a communications backdoor reminiscent of Hillary Clinton’s infamous private server, President Biden used a personal email account during the Obama years to send information he was getting from the State Department as vice president to his globetrotting, foreign-deal-making son Hunter Biden.

Messages, sometimes signed “Dad,” from the email account robinware456@gmail.com were found on a Hunter Biden laptop seized by the FBI in December 2019 from a Delaware computer shop owner.

Some of the messages from the vice president to his son obtained by Just the News were deeply personal, others were political in nature, and still others clearly addressed business matters, often forwarding information coming from senior officials in the White House, the State Department and other government agencies.

For instance, in late November 2014 the U.S. embassy in Istanbul sent an email to the State Department that was then forwarded to senior advisers to Joe Biden, including national security expert Michael Carpenter, providing an early alert that an American named Martin O’Connor was about to be released from detention in Turkey.

“The lead attorney for Mr. O’Connor reports that the court granted the detention appeal and he expected Mr. O’Connor to be released from jail today, barring any unforeseen problems,” the U.S. embassy in Instanbul wrote in an email that got forwarded to top Obama administration security and diplomacy officials, including current Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland. “Mr. O’Connor will not be allowed to leave the country until his next hearing which is set for December 11, 2014. The lawyer expressed confidence that he will be able to leave after that hearing. The attorney is handling his release arrangements, pick up and temporary housing near his law firm’s office. Istanbul consular plans to speak with Mr. O’Connor after his release.”

State Department officials forwarded the information to the vice president’s office, where Biden aide Colin Kahl (now President Biden’s Undersecretrary of Defense for Policy) sent it to Joe Biden’s private email. The vice president then sent it to his son Hunter Biden with the subject line “Fwd: Mr. O’Connor Being Released from Detention today.”

A former senior Obama administration official confirmed to Just the News that some administration officials knew of the robinware456@gmail.com email address for Joe Biden and used it from time to time. “I saw it used to communicate with his family and friends or to pass information to them,” the official told Just the News, speaking only on condition of anonymity because of fear of reprisal.

The emails obtained by Just the News show numerous Obama administration officials communicated or were aware of the private email address or had their information sent to it, including current Secretary of State Tony Blinken.

In January 2013, Blinken emailed Joe Biden at his private email recounting a colleague’s conversation about the Pulitzer-winning journalist, author and screenwriter Richard Ben Cramer’s last minutes before dying. At the time, Blinken was Joe Biden’s national security adviser.

“Called to say that he was with Richard Ben Cramer in the hospital before the latter passed and they were talking about you till the end,” Blinken wrote the vice president and his family, including Hunter Biden. “Richard apparently said he was gratified the country is finally finding out what he knew about your leadership and talents many years ago.”

Beyond establishing that Joe Biden sent government information to his son, the existence of the private email address also raises questions of federal law, as Hillary Clinton’s email server showed. Biden had an obligation to preserve any emails involving his government work under federal records law, even if he used a private email address.

“The Presidential Records Act required Joe Biden to make sure that any of his gmail account emails, including these emails to Hunter Biden, were forwarded to a government account so they could properly be handled by the National Archives,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch. “No wonder the Obama White House wanted to protect Hillary Clinton from the consequences of [her] email shell game!”

“We might know more beginning next year,” added the veteran public records watchdog, “when Judicial Watch and the public can begin filing FOIAs for Obama White House emails.”

The White House press office did not respond to a call and email from Just the News seeking comment Tuesday. George Mesires, a lawyer for Hunter Biden, also did not respond to an email seeking comment.

Hunter Biden on a few occasions reached out directly to his father on the private email address to ask for help, the memos from the laptop show. In January 2012, for instance, Hunter Biden forwarded a request to have the vice president prepare a video message for an event honoring Texas Democratic activist Ben Barnes.

“We are working on it,” the vice president wrote his son in reply.

On another occasion in June 2014, Hunter Biden suggested someone he wanted to see appointed as a detailee to the Treasury Department. “Before you fill the positions, pls talk to me,” Hunter Biden wrote his father.

The vice president responded, “Call me right away, Dad.”

Politics, including the potential for Biden to run for president in 2016, were sometimes the subject of emails coming to and from the RobinWare456@gmail.com account.

Former U.S. Sen. Ted Kaufman, who succeeded Biden as a Delaware senator after serving decades as his chief of staff, sent an email Nov. 3, 2014 that included a Wall Street Journal article negative to Hillary Clinton, a potential 2016 challenger to Biden before the vice president declined to run that year. The article was entitled “Hillary Clinton’s Wall Street problem.”

“In case you missed it,” Kaufman wrote Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and Joe Biden’s late son Beau. The subject line read, “Excellent.”

When a poll came out showing Beau Biden was still popular as attorney general in Delaware, the vice president used his private email to applaud.

“Strong,” he wrote, signing it with his name “Joe.”

Sometimes, Vice President Biden’s messages to his son took a more personal note, like the day the Wall Street Journal broke the story in October 2014 that Hunter Biden had been discharged from the Navy over a positive cocaine test.

“Good as it could be,” Joe Biden wrote in an email chain that included the article forwarded to the vice president’s email address by White House staff. “Time to move on, Love Dad.”

The vice president also flashed some of his trademark self-deprecating humor, once forwarding an astronomy story suggesting a planet be named for him. From his private email, Joe Biden wrote his family, “Only time in history.” The subject line was: “Why I deserve more respect.”

Whistleblower claims another 45,000 COVID Vaccine Deaths are being hidden in databases

is a computer programmer with subject matter expertise in the healthcare data analytics field, and access to Medicare and Medicaid data maintained by theCenters for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Over the last 20 years, she has developed over 100 distinct healthcare fraud detection algorithms for use in the public and private sectors. In her expert opinion, VAERS under-reports deaths caused by the Vaccines by a conservative factor of at least 5. As of July 9, 2021, VAERS reported 9,048 deaths associated with the Vaccines. Jane Doe queried data from CMS medica claims, and has determined that the number of deaths occurring with 3 days of injection with theVaccines exceeds those reported by VAERS by a factor of at least 5, indicating that the true number of deaths caused by the Vaccines is at least 45,000.

She notes that in the 1976 SwineFlu vaccine campaign (in which 25% of the U.S. population at that time, 55 million Americans, were vaccinated), the Swine Flu vaccine was deemed dangerous and unsafe, and removed from the market, even though the vaccine resulted in only 53 deaths.

LOCKDOWNS WILL NEVER END AS LONG AS THEY CAN KEEP YOU COMPLIANT! US renews ‘public health emergency’ declaration.

It seems once again. the conspiracy theorist were right. On Monday, US Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra signed a renewal of the determination that a “public health emergency” exists due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The determination was last renewed in April and was set to expire – as it is up for renewal every 90 days. This latest renewal is effective starting Tuesday and will continue for another 90 days.

public health emergency declaration, which can last for the duration of the emergency or 90 days, allows for the emergency use authorization of vaccines, the access of certain funds to address the emergency, and the deployment of military trauma care providers, among other factors.

Dave Rubin on Twitter: "Fauci has gone full Palpatine…… "
Fauci will keep his emergency powers due to this announcement… this is not a joke.

“The existing vaccines are very effective so no, it’s not a lockdown, but some areas will be very hurt,” the Biden said. But it sure does seem like his actions do not match his words on the matter.

“I would shut it [the country] down; I would listen to the scientists,” Biden told ABC News anchor David Muir.

That’s relieving right?

President Donald Trump said during September’s presidential debate that Biden “wants to shut down the country.”

Trump added that “more people would be hurt” by a lockdown because of businesses being closed. “Those states [that are shut down] are not doing well.”

Biden was originally a huge supporter of lockdowns.

The Then Democratic presidential candidate told CNN that he agreed with Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates that the uneven patchwork of state and local lockdowns in effect in the United States will inevitably cost lives and prolong the economic catastrophe.

“Why would we not err on the side of making sure that we are not going to have a repeat?” Biden said from his home in Wilmington, Del.

Why YOU HAVE To Fight Against Lockdowns

Unicef warned another lockdown could kill more than Covid-19 as model predicts 1.2 million child deaths.

Even in rich countries such as the UK the pandemic has disrupted food production but in poorer countries, where levels of malnutrition are already high, experts have warned that the pandemic could lead to a hunger crisis.

Last month the United Nations warned of a famine of “biblical proportions”, with 265 million people facing chronic food shortages due to a “perfect storm” of conflict, drought, and coronavirus.

According to the report one in nine people in the world is hungry and one in three is overweight or obese.

As Covid raged, so did the country’s other epidemic. Drug overdose deaths rose nearly 30 percent in 2020 to a record 93,000, according to preliminary statistics released Wednesday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It’s the largest single-year increase recorded.

The deaths rose in every state but two, South Dakota and New Hampshire, with pronounced increases in the South and West.

Another Lockdown would only make this worse.

It Will Only Be A Matter Of Time Before The Left Baselessly Claims Climate Change Is Causing Record Flooding In China.

Heavy rains and massive flooding have hit China’s Henan province, bursting the banks of rivers, overwhelming the public transport system and upending lives of tens of millions.

At least three people have been killed in the provincial capital, Zhengzhou, where more than 20cm (7.8in) of rain fell in one hour on Tuesday. The rainfall shut the city’s subway system, leaving passengers trapped in waist-high water.

More than 10,000 residents of the central province have been moved to shelters, the official Xinhua News Agency reported on Tuesday.

The heavy rain across Henan began on 17 July. On Tuesday, weather authorities issued the highest warning level for the province and Chinese weather forecasts expected further severe downpours.

From Saturday to Tuesday, 3,535 weather stations in Henan, one of China’s most populous provinces with 94 million people, reported rainfall exceeding 5cm. Among the stations 1,614 registered levels above 10cm and 151 above 25cm, the authorities said.

Footage on China’s social media show the world-renowned Shaolin Temple, known for martial arts, as well as other cultural sites, badly affected. Hundreds of trapped residents in Henan called for help online as flooding cut electricity to their homes.

Floods are common in China’s rainy season, China’s rapid growth has only made flooding worse.

It has been a long recorded fact that some rain season are worse than others. (ground breaking I know). This chart from the National Climate Center shows China has had almost 5 different outliers where it rained MANY more days then other years.

Q&A: How heavy were the recent rainstorms in S China? - Chinadaily.com.cn

Liu Junyan, of Greenpeace International, told Chinese media: “Because of the highly concentrated population, infrastructure and economic activity, the exposure and vulnerability of climate hazards are higher in urban areas. Cities are an important sector of global greenhouse gas emissions, which account for about 70% of the total emissions.”

Even the “Climate activist” can’t blame this just on China’s gross environmental misconduct. This will not stop the liberal media and elite in America using it as an excuse to grift massive amount of money to fix a climate problem that America doesn’t have.

It is also worth noting Bill Gates has owned 5 patents for controlling the weather as this now deleted USA Today article says “A good thing”. It’s almost like once billionaires started messing with our weather big storms have gotten worse instead of better. Who would have thought?

The website can still be accessed on Archive.org

Due to the flooding a aluminum plant exploded in China as well.

Now People’s Liberation Army warns Yihetan dam in the center of China “could collapse at any time” after being severely damaged in torrential storms. The flooding may just be getting started in China.

Liberals Caught Lying Again: Capitol Police Chief Admits Capitol Was Evacuated Due To Bomb Threat Not Protestors.

It was all a Big Lie.
We’ve all been fed lies for months now.

And Democrats and the media continue to push the lies.

It was never an insurrection. It was never an armed mob. It was a pipe bomb found outside the RNC on the day of the protests.

And they’ve never found the culprit. Funny how that works!
Hello, deep state!

The Examiner reported on this back in February.

The discovery of a pipe bomb outside the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington on Jan. 6 prompted police to evacuate two congressional buildings, not, as was believed, the attack on the U.S. Capitol, senators heard Tuesday.

U.S. Capitol Police learned of the discovery of two pipe bombs on Capitol Hill around the same time, just before 1 p.m. ET that Wednesday. Capitol Police responded to one bomb discovered by an RNC staff member at the organization’s office, just a few blocks from the Capitol. Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a second pipe bomb that was spotted outside the nearby Democratic National Committee headquarters. Each department sent officers to respond, hurting the Capitol Police’s ability to secure the Capitol since MPD was called to the Capitol minutes after the bombs were discovered.

“That resulted in the evacuation of two congressional buildings, the Cannon House Office Building, as well as one of the Library of Congress buildings. So it took extensive resources,” then-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund said in a joint hearing before the Senate Rules Committee and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Tuesday afternoon.

“So the assault on the Capitol is not what caused the evacuations of those buildings? The discovery of those pipe bombs is what caused the evacuations of those?” asked Republican Oklahoma Sen. James Lankford.

“That is correct,” said Sund.

WOW!
And yet the lies continue.

This took place during Senator Lankford’s questioning.
